This beautiful, new Gulf Coast home has all the offerings for the perfect getaway. You can use the shared swimming pool to cool off during hot days, and there is a furnished balcony where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding nature. Less than six miles away, don't miss the opportunity to learn about Florida history at Constitution Convention Museum State Park. Here, you can take a self-guided tour around the museum or walk around the grounds. Beautiful downtown Port Saint Joe is only four miles from this home, offering great options for local dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Guests will love the convenience of the 10-minute walk to the beach, where they can relax on the sandy shores or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. The house comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler, ensuring you have everything you need for a day of fun in the sun. Inside, the main room boasts a 70-inch 4k TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows, while each bedroom features a 43-inch 4k TV for added entertainment.



This home has an open layout, a well-appointed kitchen, and room for the entire family. You will surely enjoy time on the generously sized screened porch or relaxing by the fire pit. I was so impressed with how clean, comfortable, and child friendly this house was. The management team was so quick to respond the few times I needed to reach out, and resolved every need in a timely fashion. The house was well stocked in the kitchen with anything needed for any meal you would want to make, as well with extra little beach and pool things that weren't in the original listing. My ONLY suggestion would be to keep at least one laundry basket in the laundry area. This neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with the beach so close! Our family had the best time, and look forward to going back.

This house was perfect for our family. We put the little family with the kids downstairs so they didn't bother anyone during nightly feedings. The beach was a short walk but fine with us!My favorite part was the company was super easy to deal with! Every email was responded to within minutes and I even had to call once but they were super nice and handled my issue promptly!We will difinitely use this company again for bookings.

VistaBlu is the perfect beach home for a family vacation. Joey was a great host and very informative. The house is very well stocked and maintained and we had the best week. The pool & Hot tub is icing on the cake! We will definitely rent again.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

This was a wonderful stay! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, all the linens you need and beach chairs on hand! The community is perfect for little kids as there’s great walkways to the beach and other areas to explore. We’re planning on coming back!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay-- a few cockroaches in house when we arrived besides that very clean. It fit our group perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances which made it easy for us to eat at home often.

This house is great. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood located one block from the beach. The community pool is very nice. I would recommend staying here.

Great rental!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the beach gear available for our use! The location was great, easy walk to the beach and pool. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be planning another trip to Windmark and this rental!

Beautiful Beach Home

We loved the house and all of the amenities provided. Would have given all 5 stars but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon our arrival.

Nice house excellent location

Everything was great. The only thing that was an issue and not much of one because we didn’t watch much TV; the dish signal kept dropping out about every 2 or 3 minutes.

Oasis by the beach

The property and development in which it was in was beautiful. A very short walk to the beach and since it was the bay side, very calm waters. House was immaculate and well-appointed. It had everything to a crockpot to a electric can opener. I would recommend this rental to anyone.
