The Space:

This beautiful, new Gulf Coast home has all the offerings for the perfect getaway. You can use the shared swimming pool to cool off during hot days, and there is a furnished balcony where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding nature. Less than six miles away, don't miss the opportunity to learn about Florida history at Constitution Convention Museum State Park. Here, you can take a self-guided tour around the museum or walk around the grounds. Beautiful downtown Port Saint Joe is only four miles from this home, offering great options for local dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Guests will love the convenience of the 10-minute walk to the beach, where they can relax on the sandy shores or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. The house comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler, ensuring you have everything you need for a day of fun in the sun. Inside, the main room boasts a 70-inch 4k TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows, while each bedroom features a 43-inch 4k TV for added entertainment.



This home has an open layout, a well-appointed kitchen, and room for the entire family. You will surely enjoy time on the generously sized screened porch or relaxing by the fire pit. After a long day at the beach, rinse the sand off at the outdoor shower and grill your dinner on the grill just off the patio.

Family Vacay

VistaBlu is the perfect beach home for a family vacation. Joey was a great host and very informative. The house is very well stocked and maintained and we had the best week. The pool & Hot tub is icing on the cake! We will definitely rent again.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

This was a wonderful stay! Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, all the linens you need and beach chairs on hand! The community is perfect for little kids as there’s great walkways to the beach and other areas to explore. We’re planning on coming back!

Great rental!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the beach gear available for our use! The location was great, easy walk to the beach and pool. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be planning another trip to Windmark and this rental!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay-- a few cockroaches in house when we arrived besides that very clean. It fit our group perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances which made it easy for us to eat at home often.

Birthday Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay with family, close to the beach with walkway. We drove to the pool, next time I would rent a golf cart. The house was clean, except the porches. The air did not keep the down stairs cool and that is where we hung out the most. I love Windmark but I will look for a different place next time.

Nice house excellent location

Everything was great. The only thing that was an issue and not much of one because we didn’t watch much TV; the dish signal kept dropping out about every 2 or 3 minutes.

Great Getaway

The home was very spacious and clean. While the fire pit chairs were in rough shape, we did enjoy the back porch in the evenings. The walk to the beach is easy and the boardwalk right outside was so convenient. The beach and water are different being on the bay, but we still enjoyed the very private beach. Light up the Night set up a beach bonfire with chairs/snacks/speaker for a great price. Highly recommended!

Oasis by the beach

The property and development in which it was in was beautiful. A very short walk to the beach and since it was the bay side, very calm waters. House was immaculate and well-appointed. It had everything to a crockpot to a electric can opener. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Perfect Vacation

We have been vacationing in Florida for the past 16 years. This was by far our favorite vacation because of the house and location. We had five adult's and three children. Plenty of room and the ocean was within walking distance. The firepit was wonderful for late night visits with the family. We will be renting again! Absolutely perfect!
