LEVEL ONE
The first floor features a stocked kitchen with luxury finishes, a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bathroom. There is a sofa bed and a futon in the living room.

LEVEL TWO
The second floor features both bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, desk, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom contains a queen bed and smart TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo while the primary bathroom has a stand-in shower.

LEVEL THREE
The third floor contains a wet bar, mini-fridge, and access to the rooftop deck featuring some of the best views of downtown Nashville that you'll find anywhere in the city.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out.

Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.

Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We don't recommend using public transit options and suggest guests bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety measures, regardless of their location within the city.

PET FRIENDLY
We welcome pets but require prior information about all pets staying on the property. An additional $100 cleaning fee per pet will apply. Failure to register pets or evidence of unregistered pets will incur a $250 fine. Service animals, with appropriate documentation, are exempt from the pet fee; however, emotional support animals are considered pets.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM, and there's no requirement for chores before departure. Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.

RULES
Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.

The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to activate their smart lock access code.
