Summit View Maison de vacances: Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 6 personnes
Récemment rénové 3 chambres, 2. maison de 5 bain dispose d'un salon comprenant une combustion lieu de feu de bois, (Duraflame enregistre seulement, peuvent être achetés ici au bureau principal), plat écran HD, ½ salle de bain, une cuisine complète, snack-bar , jeu de dinette, un 20 'x 30' terrasse avec un barbecue, table et chaises avec vue spectaculaire sur le lac Estes et les montagnes.
La Master Suite a un lit King size, salle de bain privée, air conditionné, canapé-lit, 32 "TV à écran plat HD, un lecteur DVD et une grande promenade dans le placard. Les deux chambres ont chacune un lit queen size avec une salle de bain complète entre les deux.
4 nuits minimum. Une seule fois, les frais de nettoyage non-remboursable de 175 $ est appliquée au moment de la réservation. Service de ménage quotidien est disponible sur demande. Le parking est sur Resort Hotel du parc de Murphy. Chien amical, animal frais de 20 $ par animal et par nuit applique, pas de chiots s'il vous plaît.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was the perfect place to spend with family and experience Estes

Great mountain views, close to everything in Estes. Loved the cabin and the spacious open space to play games, watch a movie and warmth by the fireplace. Everything we needed to cook and loved that we could have our dog with us

Summit View

We had a really nice Thanksgiving stay at this property! Great location close to restaurants, downtown shopping and National Forest access. The primary room is huge and lots of storage. The board games in one of the closets was a nice bonus! Will definitely consider this place next year!

More dated than what pictures portray. Not comfortable furniture. Needs more lighting. There is a door in the property that we could not confirm was locked on our side which made me uncomfortable for our safety. Others had not cleaned up dog poop around property.

Many guests actually find this reassuring, knowing help is just steps away if required. We regularly update our furnishings based on guest feedback and will certainly consider your thoughts on comfort and lighting in our next refresh. Our photos are updated periodically to represent the home accurately. We apologize to hear you did not feel that was the case. Regarding the exterior cleanliness, we have daily grounds maintenance, but occasional oversights can occur, especially after weather events. We've addressed this specific concern and reinforced our inspection protocols. We welcome all guests to reach out during their stay with any concerns so we can address them immediately and ensure a comfortable and satisfactory experience. We hope you enjoyed the other aspects of your stay, including our convenient location and responsive service, our on-site amenities such as the large indoor hot tub, various yards games such as beanbag toss, horseshoes, giant Zenga, shuffleboard, to name a few; the weather was absolutely perfect. Location and views were great. The property is very spacious. It is a good option for a dog-friendly, and family needing multiple rooms. The quality of the property feels very much like a camp and I don’t feel like the pictures display the setup in the best way. The property is above another unit and part of a resort. Many amenities in the home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes were appreciated. The outdoor furniture could use an update. Several property details could be updated. Like broken grout, paint refresh, master bath drain didn’t stop so I couldn’t use that particular bathroom to bathe my child. I also wouldn’t recommend this property for small children due to the stairs not having a lock off/ gate. The railing also made me really nervous. If you’re looking for an efficient place with a lot of space, plenty of cooking space, and close to the lake, this is great, but don’t expect it to be a high-end home feel.

What a beautiful place, the views are outstanding and the location is great. I can't say enough good about this place; I took family there for my birthday celebration and we had a wonderful time. Staff is friendly, helpful, and available. We'll be back!

Excellent Space for Active Vacationers

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was right in Estes Park and every activity we wanted to do was minutes away (RMNP, Riverwalk, Estes Lake, etc). The property was larger than it appeared in the pictures and the vaulted ceiling really added to the open feel of the main area. The entire property was extremely clean. However, there were a few dishes that were really dirty in the cupboards (one pot in particular was covered in dried food)--> so we recommend bringing your own dish soap to initially clean your dishes (which is what we did and it worked well). The property manager communication was superb and we were texted ahead of time and warned about some haze from the nearby wildfire hours before we even checked in. Check-in was a breeze and we were given a code and walked right in. We had a great time. The only caveat is that this space is only excellent for active vacationers--since the property managers live below you will hear constant banging from them opening and closing doors or something. It didn't happen at night--there was a quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am. If you want to sleep in or take naps or sit in silence all day this place isn't for you. It worked well for us since we have small kids that get up at the crack of dawn anyways and we came to hike and be active the entire time. The only other downside was that when the manager's husband would smoke in the garage or wherever the extra quarter bathroom would smell like second hand smoke. We just kept our kids away and made due. Also our last night the far bedroom also smelled like second hand smoke so we had our kids share a room to avoid it.

Thank you for your response. I will be speaking to our staff, as it unusual to have found dishes dirty. We have not had a review in reference to this. My apologies. Yes, we do live below this home, we are rarely there as we work the office all day (husband is out of office, on grounds) We are early risers, (4:00 am) therefore we are in bed around 8:00 pm, not sure what banging could have been? Smoking, is done outside of the garage? I will speak to him, to be sure he is 20 feet away from the home. I appreciate the review. Keeps us in check. Please note we have 5 other homes. 4 off property. Hope you return in the future, to experience one of the homes. Thank you for staying with us.

Not the Best

This accommodation is represented as a Home, but it is actually an apartment on the upper floor of a two-story house that is attached to the management office of a motel. The master bedroom is above a garage that is used by the property as some kind of storage or maintenance facility the use of which begins about 6 am with doors slamming and people talking and shoving things around. The two other bedrooms are sparsely furnished with only two tiny tables, no chairs, and no dressers or cupboards to store clothes in. The second bathroom has no window or exhaust fan so the atmosphere in there can get unbearable. The kitchen has no exhaust hood over the range so be prepared to open all the windows if you are grilling or frying anything. The laundry is a long walk away in the resort's pool building and consists of one small washer and one small dryer that serves the entire complex of approximately 100 units. The living area/great room is large with comfortable furniture. The beds, bedding and towels are excellent. All the bedrooms have alarm clocks with docking stations for cell phones. The deck is large and has a good view of mountains and the town to the south. It has a magnificent stone fireplace but you are only allowed to burn duraflame logs in it. There are a couple of excellent restaurants within a short walk. We do not intend to stay there again.

Pat and Melynn Murphy are transforming Estes Park resort property with an energetic and infectious spirit. A few years ago they purchased a rundown resort; re-named it Murphy’s River Lodge and renovated the property into one of Estes Park’s most popular lodgings.
In May, 2013 they acquired a second property and Murphy’s Resort is rapidly becoming a full service resort with pools, playgrounds, hot-tubs, affordable lodging, six vacation homes and wedding services.
The management staff is led by Bruce and Loretta Hetke, whose combined skills cover everything from construction to customer service. The entire staff is service based and anxious to insure that guests are properly welcomed to the Rocky Mountains and that their stay is memorable.
