If you are attending the youth baseball tournaments in the summer this home is centrally located between the two parks, coming back to the lake is a nice break from all the baseball! Enjoy a nice BBQ on the deck with seating and a gas grill overlooking the lake.

The second floor of this home has 3 bedrooms and a large full bathroom in the hallway. The master bedroom has a private balcony with amazing views of Goodyear Lake, a great way to wake up in the morning, and perhaps enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail here. There are large smart TVs in all the bedrooms so you will never miss a show or a game! Camp Havon is your home away from home, it's time to sit back and relax on the water. Camp Havon is available for rent all year long ~ Summer bookings align with the youth baseball tournament schedule.

NOTE - The property manager lives in the lower level apartment, he has a private entrance and you will not know he is there unless you need something. The property is yours alone to use!
