Welcome to Pepe's Place! This 1900 sf 3 bed, 2 bath home is located halfway between Houston and Galveston Island, minutes from shopping and restaurants including the Seabrook Waterfront and Kemah Boardwalk theme park!

Feels like being in the country, yet close to so much. Beautiful interior. Property includes 8'x18' heated Spa/Pool (from 3’6" to 4’6" deep) available 365 days/year, covered front and back patios, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, adjustable beds in primary and secondary bedroom, bunk beds in third, and full-size inflatable air mattress available. Wifi available. Towels, toilet paper and toiletries provided.

An Amazing Place To Stay

My son and i stayed here for a local a baseball tournament in League City. The location was perfect. The house was incredibly comfortable. It was clean. It was just like the listing. It made us feel like we were staying in luxury. Every small detail was immaculate. The property owner was incredibly responsive to every communication. i highly highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a fabulous place to stay!!

Perfect Game Baseball Showcase

This was exactly what we needed to spend a week in League City while our oldest played in the Perfect Game Showcase. The house was less than 10 minutes from the field, and plenty of places to get groceries and dinner out. We TOTALLY enjoyed the pool when we had down time!

Wow!

My visit to Houston was for less than desirable reasons, however, this house was a 12 out of 10!! The host thought of EVERYTHING!!! Not a single detail was missed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, coffee, laundry detergent…and the list goes on. The house had a manual of how to handle everything. The spa pool was a nightly activity. What a great way to wind down. The beds were soooo comfortable and I just can’t say enough great things about the house and the host. Next time I am in Houston I will definitely be staying there if the house is available!! Thank you so much!!

Pepe’s place was amazing!!!

The host thought of everything! The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and well laid out with plenty of room. Monica was excellent with communication and she is so organized I think she is my spirit animal! The beds were extremely comfortable and it was an added bonus they are adjustable beds! The decor was so cute and the house was arranged thoughtfully to maximize space and have excellent flow. The pool/spa was fantastic and easy to use from the app. I loved all the little details and thought that were put into this house. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you need to come to the area and we will definitely be back. We travel ALOT and I have to say this was my favorite rental home we have stayed at. The teenagers loved it and everyone was happy….which if you have teens you know is no easy feat!

Wonderful holiday staty

I cannot say enough about this property. It was absolutely awesome. We encountered two issues....internet service was hit or miss and the wine/beverage cooler did not cool items. These were not deal breakers and I would request this property again. My daughter and her family recently moved to the Houston area and are living out of their camping trailer until they find a new home. Her daughter (oldest) and I wanted to spend the holidays with the family....what a wonderful place to enjoy Christmas. We had our traditional Christmas breakfast and dinner here and loved it. Monica even furnished the home with a crockpot and electric mixer for my holiday cooking. The heated pool, washer and dryer, great location, large screen TVs and EXTREMELY comfy beds Our first night there we spotted five deers in the neighbors front yard. Thank you for making our Christmas holiday so special.

Named after my beloved Chihuahua, Pepe, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 17.5 years old, Pepe was an expert in good vibes, relaxation and sleeping! Like his likeness you see once you walk through the door, Pepe welcomes you and asks you to stay awhile and leave your worries at the door. 🙂
