Perfect place for our group fishing trip

The house was awesome for our group fishing a bass tournament on Shasta. Close to a launch ramp and a beautiful, quiet location with good parking! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The gazebo area and game room were awesome for hanging out. Next time we come back we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anglers or a family trip to enjoy the area.

Fantastic family fun at shasta

Our large family enjoyed the clean spacious cabin 14 retreat. Lots of parking for our toys and view was prefect for wildlife view from the screened porch. Game room for kids was a bonus and kept them busy when not at the lake. Thanks for the memories

Wonderful

It was perfect for what we were going up there for my sister recently lost her husband and so we went up there to be with her and spend New Year’s with her so that she wouldn’t be alone and she chose to go up there from the Bay Area so we followed her and we had a wonderful time. It was very your place is just gorgeous. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the game room if ever we come back up there and stay we will of course contact you you guys are great thank you.

Christmas with Kids & Grandkids!!

This is our 2nd Christmas in a row staying here! Everyone LOVES it! Plenty of space to run & play! Game room is the highlight! We cannot say enough about this amazing home! Lori is an awesome communicator and is a huge part what brings us back here :) Highly recommend to anyone with large groups/families!!! Blessings to everyone who makes this place so special. We will be return next year!

Great Home in a Great Location

Very comfortable and well managed home. Great for our family and dog. Loved relaxing on the deck and enjoyed the game room. We had a wonderful time boating at Shasta Lake and got a boat slip at Sugarloaf Marina. Very easy in and out. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and amazing house ! Perfect for our multi family vacation!

This is a great location close enough for. A Quick 5 min drive to the lake. This house is perfect for multi families. Kids loved the game room ! The screened in porch is wonderful to wake up and have coffee and nice and secure to let a toddler run around on. The outside patio is a wonderful entertainment area ! All the amenities you need to make for a great trip! All were pleased with the house. We will definitely be back on our next Shasta trip!

First class vacation homes

My family and I stayed at vacation home 14 a few weeks ago. I usually don’t take the time to leave a review but this time I had to. The home was clean, comfortable and very well kept. Lovely

This was a great house for our large family. We had thirteen people in our group ranging from an infant to 76 year old. It was nice that our grandparents were able to stay on one floor; bathroom, entry door, bedroom, living room etc., and not have to navigate the stairs. The cousins, age 9-15, liked having their own room. The fenced in porch was very nice and we spent a lot of time playing pool in the game room. It was very hot when we were there but the air conditioners worked very well and we were very comfortable. There was also a very efficient air conditioner in the game room which is seperate from the house.

Lakehouse 14 was so cool

The house was well organized and all 12 of us had comfortable places to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of dishes, utensils, and other supplies. The game room was the star of the stay with a pool table, darts, and other games to keep us busy. The deck was beautiful for morning yoga and evening relaxation. Overall, an extremely enjoyable stay.

With over two decades of cherished family memories at Shasta Lake, we, David and Lori, came to regard Shasta Lake as the highlight of our summers. It's a place where families can bond, and where the range of activities appeals to every age group, making it the perfect spot for a family getaway.

Our love for Shasta Lake runs deep, leading us to make a life-changing decision in 2015 when we purchased our first lakefront home, known as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #1. The incredible experiences we had here were simply too good not to share and we knew our houseboat days were over after staying in this home.

A year later, we acquired the property next door, now known as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #2, bolstered by the popularity of our first home, which had become a year-round favorite.

In 2019, our two grown sons also fell in love with this wonderful place, prompting them to buy a home on the same charming street, christened as Shasta Lakeshore Retreat #3. They entrusted us with its management, a responsibility we take to heart. All three homes required significant investment and remodeling as they had been neglected for years.

After many requests from dear friends and neighbors, in 2021 we started managing other properties, which further enriched our collection. Although we only own two of them, today, we proudly represent 19 remarkable homes, each carefully selected for its unique charm, quality, and comfort. We firmly believe that an extraordinary home is the foundation of an unforgettable getaway, and we want nothing less than perfection for our valued guests.

Our journey doesn't end here; it's an ongoing adventure inspired by our passion for Shasta & the surrounding areas. We are committed to carefully expanding our offerings, reviewing additional unique homes to provide more options for all the wonderful families that come to visit this recreational area year after year providing them a much needed lodging option.
