Ce luxueux 3-Bedroom Villa bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à seulement quelques minutes de Disney et il est situé dans une très belle propriété de villégiature avec plus d'équipements et d'activités que vous pouvez demander. La villa est spacieuse et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il est très propre et bien entretenu.

La villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisinière / four, lave-vaisselle, et des équipements comme un grille-pain, cafetière, et un mélangeur. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size confortable et d'une salle de bains (relié à la chambre des maîtres) avec une grande baignoire jacuzzi. La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits doubles et la troisième chambre a un canapé canapé-lit. Il ya aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Depuis le salon, il ya une terrasse extérieure avec une table Une chaises. Avec un total de 5 lits, cette grande villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a 15 $. 00 taxe de séjour journalière (taxes en sus) à percevoir à l’enregistrement.

Pest control is extremely important at resorts with warm climates.

The first room we occupied was infested with millipedes. We killed more than six during the first evening, called the front desk and someone from maintenance came and spread the entrance of both rooms. I went to the bathroom during the night and saw another one and the next morning we killed more than 10. We were moved to another room the afternoon of the second day. The second set of rooms was located in another building and they were insect-free. The first night should have been free of charge. Our grandchildren were afraid to walk around in the rooms. This was the first and last visit to this resort.

Great spot dirty experience

The location of the property was wonderful! Very close to Disney Springs and close to WDW parks. On site amenities were nice. But, we were disappointed that almost every towel was dirty!! Dirt smudges, lipstick-looking marks, etc...on 7 out of 10 towels :/. And, when we checked into the room - a very large pile of trash in a clear bag (so you could see all the filth I.e. dirty diapers, food, etc) was left directly in front of the door so we had to maneuver around it just to get in. It appeared to be all the trash from the people that stayed prior to us. It was left there for two days! I finally had to go to the front desk to have it picked up :/ It rained on it (GROSS!) and raccoons tore it open and spread it around. We even had a raccoon chase us as we tried to get in our room one night :/ Only one of the bathrooms would produce hot water so 7 people had to cycle through one shower :/ The property manager needs to do a better job with housekeeping and cleanliness. I would probably stay here again to give a second chance because of the price and location.

Very nice place to stay, clean, easy check in and would recommend. The negative is our place was double booked. We actually had the second party enter one side of the room at 1:45 a.m. called front desk , they sent security up to assist the family. No harm, no foul but shouldn't happen...

Good location!

The location of the stay was great. We took the kids to Disney and it was a short drive. The room was very clean! The pool was very fun. The only downside was the rooms were a little outdated but not something that would stop us from coming again! Overall a great place!

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!

This was a perfect Stay! The room was excellent and WELL STOCKED...VERY CLEAN...but most importantly the BED WAS SOOO COMFORTABLE. We slept so well there and that’s the most important thing on a busy vacation, good rest. I would recommend this condo to anyone & everyone. We will most likely be coming back and bringing the family for Another Stay! Very clean. Comfortable. Centrally located. Well stocked. Beautiful view. Beautiful property. What more could you ask for?!

Great family location

This condo has lots of room in it and was excellent for our family. The pictures show the resort to be a little more luxury than it actually is, but still a great value for the money spent. Close to lots of restaurants and the Orlando area theme parks etc.

Great Property, Great Communication, Clean and Convenient

We booked this property for our family of five (3 kids under 6 yo) while we visited Disney. The location was perfectly located a short distance from the most magical place on Earth, and an abundance of conveniences like grocery stores and restaurants. The communication with the property manager was amazing. They are quick to respond, and very easy to work with. This unit has a common entry way, with two separate units inside. Perfect for a family like ours, or two couples or a family traveling with in-laws. The property itself offers many nice amenities. Our kids (and we did too) really enjoyed the pool (which is heated). There is pool side bar service, and a market / deli which serves anything you could want while basking in the sun and taking a dip. The marketplace also offers many items which any traveler could need, and has a small grocery section with staples like milk, eggs, cheese, etc. We would stay here again, and plan to if it is available on a future vacation in this area. Overall, this gets a 10 out of 10 in our books!

Very clean, roomy, well appointed unit

The property was beautiful and the unit very spacious. The layout has a beautiful master BR with an ensuite bath connected to the full kitchen, living room, and nice deck. The unit also contains the adjacent lock off unit that has a second bedroom, bath, and den with kitchenette (which is listed as a potential third BR with the pull out couch, though for us the lockout unit worked very nicely as essentially a separate unit for our children to have a BR, bath, and den with TV and small frig). I cooked our dinners in the unit, and everything was there needed to fix basic meals (and the convenience store on site adjacent the lobby had the little bottles of olive oil, salt/pepper, etc. that we forgot to pick up at the nearby Publix). The only warning would be that this is a timeshare property that is still touring and selling, so expect the sales pitch on checking in (the silly routine where you check in with payment and key pick up at one desk, then you get escorted to a second desk to "pick up your parking pass", which also happens to be the timeshare sales desk). While I suspect some people would be intimidated by this, for anyone who knows the routine at a timeshare property, it is no big deal and the attendant was quite gracious when I said "no thank you" and went on my way. I was pleased that we didn't also receive daily phone calls after check in inviting us to tour, which is not uncommon at other properties. Of course, for those who are willing to spend a couple hours in exchange for some money off park tickets, etc., it may be worth your time to tour a nice property and check out the options. All in all, a convenient location, nice property, good booking experience, good value, and my new "go to" property in Orlando when not staying inside a park.

Christmas stay

We spent 3 nights at the property for a Christmas week trip to visit Universal Studios and the property was great. We had about a 30-35 minute ride to and from Universal, which wasn't bad considering the time of year for our visit, and the property is very close to a HUGE variety of restaurants, grocery, etc. We had 9 people with the youngest member of the group being 13, and there was plenty of room, including 3 bathrooms. Check in and check out of the property was pretty easy and there was no issue with parking. We would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Beautiful property! Great booking/ rental experience!

The property was absolutely beautiful, in the heart of Kissimmee. Very convenient to Orlando Airport, shopping, theme parks and attractions. The only "cons" were the balcony view of nothing but trees, and being on the 3rd floor with no elevators. Several "pros" that far outweigh those two issues. Very clean and spacious 3BR/2BA with modern furniture. On property activities made the resort a destination all its own. I rank this property in the top 5 of properties I've visited in the past. The property manager communicated often and the process was seamless. Highly recommend this property and this property manager.
