~Potential for Noise: The house is located on the edge of the downtown business district. There are businesses across the street that generate traffic & noise throughout the day. The train station & tracks are about two blocks away and can be heard from the property. The house has double paned windows and each bedroom is supplied with ear plugs and white noise machines. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, this property may not be a good fit for you.

~Friday is trash day. For our guests staying with us on Thursday nights -
As a part of our service, our team will come by on Thursday evenings to place the trash bins out for collection. On Friday, we will return to bring the bins back in. If you prefer to handle this task yourself or have specific preferences regarding the timing, please inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

~Landscaping service will be present at the property bi-weekly on Monday mornings. If this coincides with your visit, we will do our best to inform you when to expect them.

~Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and ID verification is required for all confirmed reservations by either by Airbnb or our 3rd party partner Superhog/Know Your Guest. Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
