Our home is located on the edge of the downtown business district, meaning you'll be close to all the action! While this makes for a convenient stay, it also comes with some daytime traffic noise from nearby businesses. The train station is two blocks away, and train sounds can be heard from the property.

To ensure your comfort, we've equipped the home with double-pane windows, white noise machines, and earplugs in every bedroom. If you’re particularly sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you.

We’re delighted to host you in our beautifully updated home, which is over 100 years old! While we've made many modern improvements, it still has its quirks—we like to call that charm!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

📃Rental Agreement: A rental contract will need to be signed online after booking. If you'd like to review a sample before booking, just let us know!

🔊City Sounds: Our home is located on the edge of the downtown business district. While this makes for a convenient and lively location, it also means some daytime traffic noise. Additionally, the train station is about two blocks away, and the sound of passing trains can be heard from the house. To help with this, we provide double-pane windows, white noise machines, and earplugs in each bedroom. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you.

🗑️Trash Day (Fridays): If you're staying with us on a Thursday night, our team will come by in the evening to put out the bins for collection. We’ll return Friday to bring them back in. If you’d prefer to handle this yourself, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!

🪪Guest Verification & Security Deposit: To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, ID verification and damage coverage are required either through Airbnb or our trusted third-party partner, Truvi. Before your stay begins, you’ll be asked to verify your details and choose between a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (we recommend the waiver, as it covers accidental damage during your stay).
