Brand new beach home, with views galore & spectacular sunsets in this relaxing, newly built beachfront home! Fabulous entertainment package with TV in every bedroom & a separate game room with foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard table, arcade games, darts, TV & more! Gather around the fire pit to enjoy the amazing sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay. Eastern facing kitchen, perfect for sunrises while fixing your morning coffee.
The 1st floor consists of 3 bedrooms furnished with a king bed, a queen & 4 twin/twin bunk beds. There are 2 full bathrooms also. The 2nd floor (main level) has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Sunset Serenity offers comfortable furnishings in a relaxing coastal atmosphere. The 3rd floor is the incredible Tower Outlook Suite offering unforgettable views. This Suite has a queen bed & a full bathroom.
At Sunset Serenity, guests will have full access of Bay Creek free amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. In order to access Bay Creek's Life Center (pools, fitness center & member lounge), you will need to pay an additional fee of $75 per night for the full duration of your stay, regardless whether you use it each day. You may book tee times at Bay Creek as well and pay a per person rate at the Pro Shop at the time of playing. You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit for either choice. Come see why Bay Creek is 1 of only 17 places in the United States to earn Southern Living magazine’s prestigious “Inspired Community” award.
Just a few minutes from the Historic Area of Cape Charles offering casual and fine dining including fresh seafood, BBQ, pizza, Italian, sushi, American Southern-style cuisine, bakeries, fudge, amazing ice cream, and Hawaiian style shaved ice. We enjoyed a week’s stay with our adult children (3) and grandkids (4). It was the perfect location given only 2.5 hour drive from home. The property was both pristine and comfortable. The private beach was quiet and easily accessible from the back door. We loved the porch overlooking the water for morning coffee, reading, bird-watching and dinners. We will be back!

Overall great stay!

The property is amazing. Its has beautiful decor, very spacious and has everything you will need. The location is fantastic. The views are to die for. I will warn you, the grass has spurs so always wear shoes. The beach has a lot of glass and sharp shells so bring water shoes. Ths life center is a great deal and fun for the whole family but the center is about a mile and a half away on the golf course. You will regret it if you dont rent a golf cart. We had a couple issues but the agency was very responsive and took care of things as soon as they could.

Sunset Serenity is the real deal!

Great location, beautiful and well- equipped house, nice beach, absolutely Stunning Views! Perfect for family gatherings. Management company is responsive and add on for the Life Center & pool access is a plus. We had a perfect week at Sunset Serenity!

Perfect Spot for Multi-Family Stay

House exceeded our expectations in terms of both decor and amenities (double fridge, beach chairs, ample supply of beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrellas). Sunsets from the back deck simply couldn't be beat. There is beach access directly behind the house, but it's not ideal for swimming. We really enjoyed visiting the quiet private beach at Bay Creek and would have loved to have taken advantage of their beach services if the weather had cooperated (free chair and umbrella set up Fri, Sat & Sun). Suggestions for improvement include providing at least one non-stick cookware pan and extra blankets for the beds.

It is equipped with everything you need and has space for everyone, even to find some quiet time. Our family had a great time hanging out on the deck, playing games and doing puzzles on the rainy days, cooking together in the spacious kitchen, and all of the things Cape Charles has to offer. I recommend that folks wear water shoes to be able to explore the private beach and water safely because there was a lot of glass, not the coveted soft edge sea glass kind. I put 4 stars for location because off it being in a gated community which required calling the gate attendant to let us in. A code we could just punch in ourselves would be better in my opinion. Otherwise, it was a special treat to be able to view the bay from morning ‘til night and see bald eagles, dolphin, 20 other species of birds, sunset, and even a fox scurrying around. Doug, the agent was responsive and extremely helpful. We were battling fruit flies, which is common in September, and he sent over supplies that helped us wrangle them! Thank you, Doug!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third trip to Cape Charles and we simply could not stop talking about how amazing this house was! We were on Vrbo before we even left trying to rebook another stay! The property was incredibly well-maintained inside and out. We had a quick question about charging our golf carts that was responded to/redirected quickly. The vibe of the house (decor, acoustics, lighting, etc) was perfection. We spent the majority of our time on the middle level porch and barely saw all the children (lol) as there were so many places for them to safely play and hang out until it was time for the adults to dominate them in foozeball. Just watch for glass on the back shore line. Location made for a quick golf cart ride to town for a little shopping and beach time. Lovely neighborhood for a morning jog, as well. If you're on the fence, definitely book this home (but not a week we want lolol).
