We had a wonderful stay! Our host was attentive, responsive, and an excellent communicator. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was being able to watch the sunrise right from the bed—absolutely beautiful! The beach is just a short walk away, and the pool area and outdoor restrooms were always clean and well kept. The kitchen was also well stocked with appliances and everything we needed. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

We have been vacationing in Fernandina for 26 years. Having owned a 3-bedroom family beach front home for the first 16 years of our visits we can appreciate the effort required to maintain a rental unit. For the last 10 years we have rented at Amelia Island Surf and Raquet Club staying in multiple units. Dana and I were thoroughly impressed with the unit. The host did an amazing job with the remodel of the unit. A very well appointed living area, excellent mattress and well designed bathroom and shower. Unlike most rental units the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with every possible pot, pan, utensil and dishware item guests could possibly need. The attention to detail was obvious! Please don't hesitate to consider this unit on your next visit to Amelia Island. It will not disappoint!Paul and DanaKennesaw, GA

Everything was excellent. The space was perfect for 2 of us, the bed was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook, the balcony was excellent to view the morning sunrise and view the beach. Beautiful remodel condo. Excellent in every way. Grand view from balcony, wonderful bed, fully stocked kitchen cook wear, and helpful host that made our stay GREAT! We have been coming to Amelia Surf and Racquet Club for thirty-five years and rented many of the condos. This was the BEST. Highly recommend and looking forward to renting again.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful. We arrived late to a light left on for us and other sweet and thoughtful touches. The view is perfect! The covered porch protected us from the cold wind so we could still enjoy the beach from afar. There's plenty of parking and the gate app was super easy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

Suzannah was a very responsive host! At check-in we had an issue with the code to unlock the door. I messaged Suzannah and she resolved the problem immediately! There was also an issue with the icemaker. Once again Suzannah was very responsive and even offered to being us a bag of ice. The condo was very clean, with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, the shower was amazing. The condo was very roomy and comfortable for my family of 4. My favorite part was the Oceanfront view from our balcony! If we come back to visit Amelia Island, we would definitely want to stay in this condo again. We really appreciated Suzannah. She was not only responsive, but also very caring; which is rare these days!

Loved our stay

This was a perfect choice for the two of us. The host provided all necessities needed to include beach towels and chairs. The location is very close to the Historic American Beach and A.L.Lewis Museum. We look forward to planning another stay in the future.
