With plenty of room for 12, this contemporary retreat should be an easy âyes!â when it comes to planning your next island getaway.
The open floor plan boasts vaulted ceilings, a massive sectional couch, and a wall of windows that lets in all the bayâs glory. The kitchen is a chefâs dream, with shiny stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, granite countertops, and a big island where you can prep your catch of the day or just hang out with a snack. The dining area, with seating for eight, faces the bay, so you can dine with a view. Plus, thereâs a deep, partially covered deck off the main level perfect for dining al fresco or sipping something cool and watching the world float by.
The primary suite is on the main level, featuring a king bed and direct deck access for those morning views you won't want to miss. Itâs got a bathroom thatâs practically a spa, with a separate tub and shower plus dual sinks. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so youâll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if thereâs anything you need!
