Cette belle maison est la retraite parfaite toute l'année. Située sur un canal de la plage de Terramar, cette maison de 2870 pieds carrés n’est pas seulement idéale pour les pêcheurs à la ligne, mais aussi pour toute la famille!

À l’intérieur du Luna Mar, vous trouverez de jolies mises à jour et une atmosphère de détente dans cette élégante maison côtière. Cette maison unique propose trois chambres au rez-de-chaussée séparées de la maison principale et à l'étage, trois chambres supplémentaires. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires, vous permettant de préparer un repas pour la famille est un jeu d'enfant.

Située dans un cul-de-sac près de l'embouchure de la baie de Galveston, cette maison fermée offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis les ponts couverts. Profitez des heures de divertissement dans la piscine privée ou de la pêche depuis le quai. Comprend des phares de pêche sous-marine et des spots de pêche. Apportez le bateau et utilisez les attaches au débarcadère, complétées par une station de nettoyage du poisson. La plage est à une courte distance en voiture.

Awesome place to stay

We have rented this home a couple of times now. We always have a great time there fishing. The home does need some work done to it to fix it up. The washer and dryer did not work this time around. Other than that it is a great place to stay with your family and friends. Plenty of room for the whole family to fish and is in a great location for fishing. We will be staying there again.

Fabulous!

This was perfect for our family! The kids loved fishing and they even went swimming even though it was very chilly. Perfect vacation. Only complaint is that there was a den of roaches under the dishwasher that would come out a lot. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing getaway with family and friends

The house had plenty of space for several adults. The large deck was perfect for group meals and morning coffee. The private pool was more of an asset than I anticipated. Fishing was very good in this location.

Spring Break Trip

Had a great time with the family swimming, fishing, and playing board games. We caught catfish, an eel, blue crab, drum fish, and saw sting rays swimming close to the mouth of the bay. The amount and selection of board games was awesome!

Much needed get away!

We enjoyed Luna Mar! The property was lovely and the amenities were as stated. Be aware the "6th" bedroom is really just a small area with a set of bunk beds but we made it work. The pool was clean and the neighbors were friendly. We would book again!

Disappointed

Dead roaches and dirty floors on check-in Roaches Checked in on Friday with a dirty pool, would not get someone out until Monday which is the cleaning day. Doors by the kitchen on the ground floor did not open and bad smell, had to use allot of Lysol. Stairs are a little concerning, big restroom had urine smell had to use allot of Lysol. Would not go back

In for our sons wedding

Lina Mar was nice. Wonderful breeze and a pretty view. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for family members to have their own areas. We wish the fishing lights would have been operational, but overall we would definitely come back.

Great Memories

We all had such great fun! Everything we needed was there. It had something for everyone; quiet space to read or work, games for the rainy periods, pool, quick beach access and plenty of fishing space. Bait and Ice were a quick few blocks away and the area was quiet. The underwater lights weren't working this time, but the top light was good for evening fishing. Everyone had a great time and we plan to return.

Very fun place to stay.

It’s a great place. Had plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool was fantastic. Fishing turned out really great! There were a few maintenance issues. The fishing lights under the water didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was down when we showed up. They sent repairmen the next day to fix it. Some of the outlets didn’t work, and the sink by the dock was broken. But these were not big issues. Overall it was a great stay!

Great atmosphere

The sprinklers come on and keep the canal side of the home soaked. There is a broken sprinkler that seems to be the problem. There was a very strong urine smell in the master suite. I stayed in the room closest to the front door because we couldn't handle it. The know on the dryer is still broken and the built in microwave works intermittently. But over all we would stay there again in hopes the smell in the master was gone.

family vaca, enjoyed our time together. The house is in fair condition it really needs some TLC.

The house was not kid friendly at all. Too much stuff and nick knacks everywhere, very cluttered. Several repairs needed downstairs TV and fridge didn't work. Downstairs shower drowned the bathroom if used. Black mold on ceiling in livivngroom, broken boards on railing and paint needed. House just appeared to be neglected. Wouldn't stay there again.

It had a nice Pool and that is all

The Home Needs Maintenance. I am a Real Estate Agent been one for 19 years this home was mis-represented the sleeping arrangements were HORRIBLE so bad that we spent another $1000.00 to rent another 4 bedrooms. All of our dinner went to waste because the oven was broken and the maintenance man could not fix it. So we had to go over to another house with pots and pans to cook food. The Microwave door has mold on it. The Kitchen faucet is loose. The Furniture needs cleaning and the kitchen itself needs an overhaul. The Tv's in one of the rooms did not work. And you could not find electrical plugs but I guess that's why extension plugs were run everywhere. We made the Best of it since we paid for it. The Girls at Gary Greene Vacation were GREAT!!! This House needs updating

Weekend Getaway with Friends

This property was great. Nice location, beach entrance right across the street from the neighborhood entrance. Large home with plenty of room for our couples trip with friends. We will definitely be back. We encountered several small problems that need to be fixed but, those problems won’t deter us from coming back. Some of the issues were that one of the railings on the main staircase is loose. There were multiple lights outside that did not work including the pool light. There were so many different switches you just didn’t know what did what. A label would be really helpful. Especially since there were many switches where we couldn’t find what they did or went to. The middle door downstairs by the kitchenette had a broken doorknob so you couldn’t get it open. There was a light switch on the patio outside of the living room that was loose, broken, and again wouldn’t turn anything on. There were so many random bowls, vases, and pots placed everywhere around the house for decor that it was overwhelming. So again, we had some minor issues but overall the property was great.

Great house, just lacked most of the basic sundries

So, a great space. Not overly fancy, but a good sized upstairs living area, and sleeps 12 comfortably. The downstairs bedrooms are separate/add ons, and accessible via the outside. Great deck, great view, relatively quiet. Very clean both inside and out (cleaning service and lawn/garden service is clearly on the job). Has a pool, but not heated so really not usable except in summer (but pretty and maintained well). Great patio area around pool. Short drive across the island highway to beach (ie 2 minutes). And my teenagers loved the fast internet (not accessible from the rear of the house, but actually was a plus for us since it made them hang out around the old people). So why not 5 stars? Well...lets just say that it was quite apparent, that nobody actually lives here. Upon arrival, we found there was no silverware to speak of. 2 spoons for a house that sleeps 12-16? Ouch. Walmart run. Other things (lack of laundry detergent, no beach accessories/towels, loose hinges on cupboards, no spare TP or paper towels) we could overlook or expect (our family has a VRBO also), but then the main lock to the door didn't work (we could unlock, but not lock, from the outside). It was a safe neighborhood, but still would have been nice to lock up when we left. Pets clearly stay there, and at times sleep in the beds--allergy sufferers beware, I was miserable every night that I slept in a bed. And finally, my wife has a thing about cockroaches, and we ended up killing 4-5 during our week there. Meh, it's south Texas, but if anybody has a phobia, please come prepared. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay, but with some modest attention to details (and, in a perfect world, a pool cover and a fumigation) it could have been awesome.
