Family Tides and Blue Horizon are brand-new, side-by-side homes, ideal for families and groups traveling together who want to stay close while enjoying the comfort of separate residences. The neighboring setup makes these homes especially convenient for multi-family trips, reunions, and group getaways, allowing guests to share experiences while maintaining privacy. Booking one or both homes provides flexibility, space, and convenience in a newly constructed setting—perfect for creating memorable stays together, right next door!

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

House Rules
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1 2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
