Cozy up and enjoy a open modern space featuring 100Mbps high speed wireless internet, Seattle skyline view, and an amazing 58in TV that comes with Netflix. Capabilities to log into your Amazon Prime TV, music channels.

Heater and A/C are also available to ensure full comfort at all times of the year, but please keep in mind that during the summer, it gets very warm in the unit as we are facing the sun. Lots of natural light, however, it means summers can be hot during out heat waves (anything about 80 degrees Fahrenheit). There is a small built in portable A/C unit.

----------BEDROOM | SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS----------
Bedding is covered with a mattress protector to ensure safety and cleanliness of guests. Fall asleep in fresh, clean white sheets on a comfortable queen bed. Take advantage of the massive amount of storage space in closet as well.

Sofa sleeps 1 comfortably and we also have a queen size air mattress if you want (must request). Not a pull out mattress.

Bedroom is an open "loft" style where it is separated from main living area/kitchen by a half wall so that there is still plenty of natural sunlight.

----------BATHROOM ----------
The bathroom is fully stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide blow dryer as well as small additional amenities such as q tips and body lotion.

----------KITCHEN ----------
Fully stocked with kitchen knives, pots, pans, utensils, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hot water boiler, water filter, and dishwasher.

----------LAUNDRY ----------
Free on site washer and dryer. No detergent is provided.

Gated garage parking is available per request and with *additional fee*. Advance notice and coordination will be required to receive the key fob. Garage suitable for small vehicles. SUV is a little harder.

We love our guests and are always happy to help with any questions. Our contact information will be provided in case you need some assistance. Other than that, we provide our guests with the privacy needed to enjoy themselves in the comfort of our entire home :)

Between South Lake Union, Denny Triangle, and Capitol Hill, eclectic shopping is all over the neighborhood. Hit up waterside restaurants, a first-rate restaurant focused on organic and local ingredients, and a fabulous 24/7 throwback from 1967.
