This place was absolutely stunning, made some amazing memories in SPI and the Condo definitely made it worth while :)

Wonderful getaway

All in all, it was a great trip, the weather was all over the place, but the location made it all worth it. The master bed was creaky and moved a lot, but the space was well laid out. We would stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed the property. There were are few issues in maintenance that we feel could have been addressed. The air in the primary room was not the best, even with the air on 68 and the box fan we found in the closet, it was still warm in the primary room. Other than that, the property was nice, we loved the view and easy access to everything.

The resort was amazing but the condo was very dirty

The resort was amazing, but the condo was dirty. We stayed in a condo last year here, even though it was outdated, it wasn’t dirty like this one. This one had mold in the master bedroom, the other bathroom, smelt like sewage, and the whole condo smelled like mildew. Last year when we came, the owner sent a message when we first arrived making sure everything was good, I haven’t heard anything until today after checking out. Very disappointed with how nasty the condo was.

Great view with enough room for everyone!

We went on a family vacation with 3 adults and 3 children. The condo had an amazing view and enough room for all. The washer and dryer were much appreciated with the little feet tracking sand everywhere. The condo was quiet, close to the pool, and clean. All I look for in a condo. My only complaint is that theastwr bed sheets were covered in sand when we checked in- I had to wash them ourselves before we could sleep on them. I brought plenty of detergent so that was no big deal.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed at many units in the Saida complex and this one ranks towards the top. The renovated kitchen/eating area was very nice. Only downside, were the bar stool-like chairs around the table. They seemed too light and were difficult to 'scoot' up to (or from) the counter. Some pads/cushion on the feet of each leg of the stools would help with this. Updates all around. Furniture in the sitting area was comfortable. Bed in the master was very comfortable, too. Also a nice view of the Gulf - a pleasure to wake up to every morning.

Great Condo by Beach

If you are looking for a condo experience in SPI then you should consider it this property. My wife and I took our three small kids and this was perfect for us. Two bedrooms and a pull out couch. Bathrooms were perfect and the master is upgraded. Kitchen is excellent with a large bar table for eating. The condo has a great view of the water too! We received excellent service though the rental company. We would book this location again.
