WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Welcome to our vacation home at Saida Towers. When you enter our vacation home, you can relax in the living area. The plush seats are great for lounging and watching a good movie on our flat-screen TV, equipped with cable. The living area is also perfect for conversations with friends or a fun family game night. Right outside the living area, is access to the balcony. There is a table and chairs on the balcony and you can enjoy some snacks or a nice meal while enjoying a gorgeous view of the beach and the Saida Tower amenities. In our dining area, there is a table that seats six. Gather the family around the table for a nice meal or take-out from one of the many local eateries. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a homecooked meal. Visit the local grocery, The Blue Marlin, and whip up your family's favorite meal. After a long day at the beach and visiting the great local attractions, come on back and shower off in one of our 2 bathrooms. Then you and the family can drift off to sleep in one of two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom features 2 full-sized beds. There is also a sofa sleeper located in the living area. Our vacation home is the perfect place to enjoy a nice vacation, close to the beach.

*Padre Island Rentals has a free towel and linen exchange for towels and linens provided by Padre Island Rentals; this is located on the east side (beachside) of the Padre Island Rentals building. Exchange hours are between 11 am and 3 pm daily.
*Padre Island Rental's off-site 24-hour Guest Welcome Center makes check-in and late arrivals a breeze.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
