Modern aesthetic with vintage charm, it's a perfect place to stay if you want a cozy time relaxing, or a great night's sleep at the end your adventurous day. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The "Lincoln Street Cottage" is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown SLO, Cal Poly, and is a short drive to our beautiful beach cities! San Luis Obispo is centrally located between LA & SF and is surrounded by a wide variety of activities and experiences.

Our cozy vacation rental has one bedroom with a memory foam queen bed, and a Joybird couch in the living room area with a queen size pull out memory foam mattress. For our guests with a baby, we are happy to provide you with a pack 'n play! Our cottage is kid-friendly, and there is a safe, private gated yard. There is a full bathroom with a tub & shower, a renovated kitchen with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need, a cook top stove, toaster oven, and a french press as well as a Keurig Coffe maker for brewing coffee. When not taking in the beautiful surrounding scenery, watch a movie from our complementary DVD collection, or catch up on your favorite TV shows! Feel free to bring along toys and games for the kiddos, as we have removed all games and books to be COVID-safe.

This charming cottage is located in the heart of San Luis Obispo, and is halfway between LA and SF. We are conveniently located near grocery stores, delicious restaurants, parks, and beautiful hikes. It's a short 10 minute walk to Downtown SLO, a 20 minute drive to beautiful Avila Beach, Morro Bay, or Edna Valley, and a 45 minute drive to Hearst Castle in Cambria. There are plenty of beautiful day hikes in the surrounding area, and we are very close to wine country.

The vacation rental is perfect for a weekend getaway with family, friends, a "girls weekend" or when you just need a quick escape from the city.

This cottage is used solely for vacation rentals, and is thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival. You can be certain that you will arrive to clean and fresh towels and linens.

We have gone the extra mile to ensure that your visit is safe, cozy, and relaxing. We have removed any items that could potentially be a "cross contamination" risk, such as games, books, and some decorative items that can't be properly sanitized between guests. We wash our linens and towels in safe, yet mild detergent on the highest heat setting so you can be certain that everything is properly sanitized. We make sure that all floors are vacuumed, mopped, and rugs as well as high touch surfaces like door knobs, remotes, and the couch are sanitized. When you arrive, the windows will be open to allow for airflow, and we have placed a air purifier in the cottage as well.

Guest access
This vacation rental has it's own private, gated yard, and a separate entrance from the main property. The yard is perfect for relaxing, lounging on the grass, and is safe for children to play in. We do have two small dogs (Labradoodles), but they are very friendly and will not enter your yard. In the kitchen, there is a door... This door is to remain locked, because it leads to our private back yard. We live in the front house, but will be respectful of your personal space. Thanks for your interest!
Other things to note
If you are highly sensitive to laundry scents, please notify us 2 days prior to your stay, and we are happy to supply you with "clear and free" linens and towels.
