Beautifully updated and fully furnished deluxe two bedroom second story unit in Downtown SLO. This well appointed modern unit is available for stays of 30 days or more. Enjoy all the luxuries of living downtown during your stay in San Luis Obispo with all of the furniture, décor, linens and dishes needed to make for a comfortable stay. An excellent location, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. Updated unit has lots of natural light and features a spacious kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances, dining area, new remolded bathroom with shower only, all tile, and heated floors! Beautiful hard surface floors, and newly carpeted in bedrooms. Electric heating & air conditioning keep you comfortable whatever the weather. All utilities and Wi-Fi paid.
The garage, shared with the downstairs unit, has an automatic door opener and laundry area. Enjoy the lovely yard with a deck and gas grill next to the private swimming pool shared with just one other unit. A seating area on the balcony also overlooks the pool.
Disclaimer - Pool is not heated year-round. Nov-May, the pool can be heated at tenant's expense. To heat the pool for a month, it is $400. Please let Property Manager know you are interested in using the pool for further discussion.

We stayed at the property for an extended stay and had a fantastic time. The location is excellent—just a couple of blocks from downtown, making it easy to explore the area. On-street parking was never an issue during our visit, and having access to garage parking was a much-appreciated bonus. Communication with the property manager was also outstanding—responsive, helpful, and made everything feel seamless from check-in to check-out.

Great place close to downtown
We enjoyed this apartment. It was comfortable, well appointed and everything we needed. It was only four short blocks to downtown. The pool was a nice bonus. We would stay here again.

Beautiful rental
We were very comfortable and were very happy with management responsiveness when needed! We were lucky enough to meet the owners and their pups, who were very nice! The only drawback is parking, though we made it work for our two month stay.

Unfortunate Location
The interior is nice enough and Mary is wonderful in terms of responding to requests. However, this property is in a very unfortunate location between a treatment center and a park where the homeless and people from center caused concerns. I did not feel safe staying here and left over a week early.

We are so very sorry that you did not feel comfortable and safe in this downtown SLO location. Buchon St is a very desirable location and it is unfortunate that it did not meet your expectations. Downtown SLO does have homeless and other typical downtown influences however we truly have had no issues or difficulties. We've had many other guests in this and our downstairs unit on the same property, several of whom have been single women, and no others have expressed feeling unsafe or dissatisfied with the location and/or neighborhood. The safety of our guests is extremely important to us and something that we will continue to monitor and address as needed. We are glad you made it home safe and wish you all the best.

A month in downtown SLO
This property was perfect for us. It was immaculate and had everything we could need. Both bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage. The bathroom was beautifully updated with a spacious walk in shower. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used both the range and the oven. There were dishes and glasses galore and even some plastic to use at the pool. We didn't use the pool because we spent time almost every day at one of the beaches.
We loved being so close to downtown and the beautiful and diverse houses in our neighborhood. The park across the street was perfect for our dog.
This was a wonderful month in a special city walking distance to all SLO has to offer and a short drive to the central coast towns and beaches. We hope to stay at this property again!

Beautiful apartment near Mitchell Park
Our stay lasted about 1.5 months while we looked for a home purchase. The location is a short walk to downtown and many of the coffee shops, restaurants and shopping we like. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the property management team was easy. There is a small pool downstairs with a gas BBQ alongside. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitatte recommend it.

The Buchon St. residence was very clean and comfortable! It checked all the boxes for us. The location is walkable to nearby shops, restaurants and amenities. Management were very responsive to our few requests. Our only complaint, we wish we could stay longer.

Buchon Beauty
This was our second stay on Buchon. The condo is beautifully appointed and very conveniently located to downtown, a grocery, shops, restaurants. the airport,, and a short ride to wineries and the ocean. The garage means parking is always available. The heated pool is a perk enjoyed by our family and grandchildren. Mary, the manager promptly responds to any concern. We will be back .

Buchon Street Condo
We spent a month in this very comfortable and well appointed condo. The furnishings are very comfortable and amenities are excellent. We enjoyed the gas fireplace for cozy evenings and visits with family. Mary Kubacki was very prompt whenever we had a question. The location is easy walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, museums and a short walk to a large grocery. The pool is heated and we enjoyed it during the holidays with our grandchildren. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of SLO
My wife and I stayed here a month and had the most wonderful experience. This apartment has everything, all the amenities (including a pool!) and for us the best location. The apartment has a spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and a very large great room with an adjoining kitchen. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the historic downtown district, next to a beautiful park and a block from the senior center and very close to great restaurants, the train station, and urban walking paths. I absolutely loved, and now miss, waking up to the beautiful views of the neighborhood and Cerro San Luis (Madonna Mountain). We could not have been happier with the accommodations or the management company. Mary Kubacki is a very professional and kind person and was always available when needed, but not intrusive. This is our new go-to place in SLO and will always be our first choice for staying in SLO.

Comfort Close to Downtown
This upstairs unit, I have stayed in both up and downstairs, is as lovely and welcoming as advertised. I needed a safe living situation with secure garage for several months during the launch of a business in SLO, and these units met my needs completely.
This apartment is light, airy, and comfortable with plentiful closet space and a well-equipped kitchen - I am a chef and cooked in most nights.
I have stayed in many vrbo rentals over time and I can say with surety that this unit is one that a person or couple could live in if they had the need.
Mary, the property manager, is a dream. She is responsive, available, and thoughtful. She was very sensitive to my needs to the extent she provided me with a more suitable cutting board and champagne glasses. The rental process was made easier by her. Her approach to her role is to meet the needs of the customer. I found this very refreshing and reassuring.
The location is wonderful is you enjoy walking to restaurants and activities. It is about an eight minute walk to the heart of downtown.
Most of the time I stayed at Buchon, I was there without my husband but I felt totally safe and secure and would rent there again should my situation require lodging in SLO.

Comfortable, Clean, Modern, and Awesome Location!
Awesome rental with all the amenities one needs! Location was perfectly next to downtown San Luis Obispo with a great bodega located conveniently across the street.
Unit is very modern and clean. Very cozy place with extremely comfortable beds, we especially enjoyed resting on the couch while utilizing the fireplace. The property manager Mary, did an outstanding job communicating as well as accommodating our check in/check out needs. Highly recommended!
