For me it was the best of all worlds - close to the charm of the main action of Rockport, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and everyday coming and going of the town. There's a harbor view from the top of the outside stairs with a small table for morning coffee in the good weather. The apartment was spotless and just as described.

Beautiful location

We loved our stay. Seconds away from downtown with a nice view of the harbor. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

We had such a good time in Rockport! We stayed two weeks, and Gigi's place was perfect for us. It couldn't have been in a more convenient location, close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, the harbor. We could walk everywhere and it was a great home base for day trips through all of Cape Ann. Definitely recommend!

Gigi's wharfside apartment was the perfect little home base for exploring Rockport and the North Shore. The location was in the heart of the downtown but still quiet at night, communication was thorough and responsive, and the property was expertly managed. Cozy Apt. in a Perfect Spot

Mini Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I stayed here while on our mini honeymoon. Rockport is such a cute town and the location of this property puts you right in the middle of everything! We tried a couple of restaurants in town that were amazing, went to the cutest local shops and went whale watching in Gloucester which is only 10 minutes away. We loved having the little balcony to drink our coffee in the mornings and the kitchen was great to prepare small meals so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. Gigi also provided so much great information on places to visit nearby! Such a great trip!

Nice, clean apartment close to everything. Located right on Tuna Wharf which can be a little noisy in the early morning as it’s a working wharf. The only downside for me was the steep flight of steps on the outside of the building to access the apartment. Otherwise it was great.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Parking for us was an issue when we got there, but that was because it was July 4th and there was a parade happening later that day. But other than that, zero complaints!

Perfect Location

The property is ideally located on T Wharf in the center of historic Rockport near galleries and restaurants. Parking can be a challenge, but I parked on the street after 6 pm and then moved my car to T Wharf in the morning. The condo was quiet and well equipped. It was a great stay. Thank you, Gigi.

Lovely conveniently located apartment

Thank you to our excellent host for our very enjoyable two night stay this week. The recently remodeled apartment is very comfortable and ideally located in Rockport. Although there is not a dedicated parking space, we had no problem finding a free one with the suggestions of the host. Our entire experience was first rate!

Centrally located apartment in Rockport

My husband and I were in Rockport for a summer wedding and enjoyed our stay at this Rockport VRBO. This apartment is located close to the main walking streets and galleries in Rockport. It's on the second floor with a nice view of the harbor from the front door. The host is very responsive, and quickly answered our questions prior to arriving about parking and a potential early check-in.

Comfortable and convenient

Clean and comfortable property right on the wharf. Park at the wharf to unload your bags, then move your car to the recommended free overnight parking at end of day. Be prepared to climb the staircase -- saved me a trip to the gym! The place had everything we needed and was right among the shops and restaurants. Not the choice for a quiet get-away; definitely the choice for comfort and convenience. Great communication with owner and keypad made coming and going simple.
