Un confortable, amoureusement restauré 1950 chalet. À distance de marche de tout ce que le village de Rockport et de peau d'ours Neck a à offrir.

Le jaune soleil Holbrook House est situé sur une rue calme dans le village. Pavée de granit fournit des places de stationnement pour 2 voitures.

La première chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen. La lumière naturelle rempli salon dispose d'une cheminée en brique, canapé-lit et télévision à écran plat avec câble et WiFi

Plein manger dans la cuisine avec des mises à jour des appareils en acier inoxydable. Salle de bain complète au deuxième étage et spacieuse / de boue de blanchisserie au premier étage.

Marque nouvelle terrasse en pierre et une douche extérieure achevés en 2015, faisant de la cour l'espace privé idéal pour laver jours post-plage et profiter de repas en plein air.

Close to everything!

Very comfortable two-bedroom house within walking distance to everything in downtown Rockport, including food, drinks, and Cumberland Farms. Perfect spot for a carefree time away. Very friendly and helpful owners to answer any needs or questions you have.

Perfect vacation home!

This was a lovely house - clean, well- stocked with charming decor. Nice quite street but close to the beach, shopping and dining spots as well as the Commuter Rail station. Fran and Frank were great hosts. We had a couple of questions before we arrived which they answered quickly. And they were very helpful when we arrived. We loved our time at Holbrook House.

Another great year!

We had another great year at the Holbrook House! House was spotless when we arrived! Fran and Frank have great communication ahead of arrival. Our family of 4, loves the location-easy walk to beach, park, and Brothers Brew donuts in the morning. The outdoor shower and small grassy yard make this house so special-both hard to find in Rockport!

A lovely stay in Rockport, MA

This has been one of our favorite VRBO stays. The home was in a great location for downtown, Bearskin Neck, the beaches, and is very close to a beautiful park with pond, and playground, if you have young children. Fran and Frank were available and did communicate making us feel comfortable with their availability. The home was very clean and sweetly and comfortably decorated. We felt right at home!

Clean, Comfortable and Cozy

Holbrook House was the perfect venue we were looking for while visiting my sister who lives in the nearby town of Manchester by the Sea. We were very comfortable during our week's stay and the house was fully stocked with whatever you would need for bed, bath and kitchen. Very clean and organized! Our hosts Frank and Fran were most accommodating and accessible at a moment's notice. Holbrook House was the perfect size for 2 people and close to all the shops and restaurants that Rockport has to offer. Gloucester is a few minutes drive away which also has a variety of restaurants that we most certainly visited! We have been coming to Cape Ann for over 30 years to visit my sister but have never rented a private house. We look forward to having the opportunity to visit Holbrook House again in the future. Thank you Fran and and Frank!

Outstanding location.

This was our second stay at this property which certainly indicates that we enjoy this rental very much. Fran and Frank are very accommodating and the place is clean, cozy, and well stocked. The location is great. Highly recommend this rental.

Quiet Neighborhood

The Kitchen is well furnished for at home cooking and meals. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Fran and Frank are friendly and helpful and gave us good information about beach closures due to water conditions. The back yard is a great place to have dinner—quiet and private. The home is damp (we stayed two weeks through some rainy weather) and the bedroom with the twin beds had an unpleasant odor that appeared to be emanating from the air conditioner. Hopefully these issues can be corrected

Charming indoor and out, excellent location, very close to beach and Bearskin Neck's scenic harbor. Fran always available if you had any questions and she even gave suggestions for activities in the area. Very clean and accessible.

Close to everything in Rockport

We really enjoyed this location as it was a short walk to Front Beach, the Millpond, Main St, Bearskin Neck. The space was nicely equipped so we could eat most meals comfortably at “home,” if not in the lovely, private backyard. Enjoyed how quiet it was, too.

Great House!

This is our third summer staying at the Holbrook House. We love it-great house, great owners. Perfect size for our family of 4. We love the location for walks to the beach, town, and train station. We love having the backyard, outdoor shower and grill-which are not easy to come by in Rockport! We will be back next year for our 4th year.

Another great stay at the cottage

My children & I have stayed here for five summers. It is a great space for the 3 of us and the owners are so easy to work with. Their home has everything you could need along w/ special touches like fresh flowers and menus/brochures for local attractions. You are close enough to walk to town and the beach and it is great to have a property that includes parking. We love staying at the Holbrook House!

Another wonderful stay

This was our second visit and it was just as delightful as the first. The house is a perfect home away from home. Fran and Frank make sure you have everything you need. I especially love that there were additional little books and activities for the kids. The location also can’t be beat. You’re right near the beach and downtown shops and food. And if you have kids, there’s a park around the corner. We absolutely plan to come back again.

Lovely little house in Rockport

we absolutely loved our stay here. The house is close to the town and beaches and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds are very comfortable, the living room is a good size with games and plenty of books, the kitchen is a good size and stocked with all the cookware and tableware that you would need. The bathroom is a little small but had plenty of towels and hot water and honestly, what else do you need? We enjoyed sitting out on the patio out back with our glasses of wine and definitely plan on staying here again. Thanks Frank and Fran!

Perfect weather week

For four people this was a bit tight, esp. the kitchen and bathroom. Location and backyard were very nice. Parking extremely tight for 2 cars, but that's Rockport for you. Owners were very helpful.

We are Massachusetts natives, who enjoy traveling abroad and all over New England, but are always called home to life on the seaside. After moving to Rockport several years ago we have enjoyed making a home for yourselves and family on the picturesque and peaceful Cape Ann.

Location, location, location! We fell in love with this property because of it's perfect location, you can truly walk to everything! The shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, artist galleries, beach, train, performance center, park with playground and pond, less than a mile from Holbrook House!
