We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely rental in the West End - very clean and comfortable. Property manager was very responsive to any questions that we had. This was our second time we rented this unit and we hope to be back again at a future date!
We frequently visit Provincetown and usually do a larger house share with friends but this time, opted to VRBO instead and are happy we did.
The condo is is a great and convenient location, is very well appointed including laundry and was clean.
We will be back!
This is a really nice and well-appointed rental 2 mins from the beach. Very thoughtfully laid out and well-equipped with modern appliances. The landlord was very responsive when the dishwasher malfunctioned, which was the only slight shadow on a wonderful week.
It is impossible for me to say enough good things about this property. It sits on a quiet, leafy street, yet is just a few minutes walk from the heart of PTown. It was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. There was nothing we needed that wasn't there ... right down to the chip clips in the kitchen! It has large windows, allowing for delightful cross breezes. And upstairs is a delightful private balcony, perfect for sipping coffee, reading and toasting to how lucky you are to be staying here! We will absolutely be booking this again ... and again ... and again!
What you first notice is all the light. Light streams in it seems from every direction. Then you notice how the space is simply generous. Places in P-town can get rather tight, but not this place. And everything is up-to-date and clean, the air conditioning works quietly and effectively, an incredibly pleasant place to stay. And you cannot beat the location on the West End. The only quibble is with the bedroom being on the upper floor, accessed by a rather tight spiral stair. It is not for the faint of heart! But you get used to it quick. Will definitely come back.
What an awesome quiet loft beautifully well located at the West end of comercial street where you easily have both access to the frenzied area of the street at the east or its peaceful end. Thank you Ellen!!!!
Excellent property, filled with light with beautiful deck views, extremely clean, and comfortable
Perfectly located, an easy walk to both the shops and restaurants of Commercial Street, and the beach, on a quiet, peaceful side street
Host was very kind and helpful, and very responsive
The apartment is perfectly sized with wonderful natural light in the most peaceful part of P'town and was impeccably maintained. It was a real pleasure to stay there.
The only (modest) request would be that although the apartment is very nicely furnished the main space might benefit from side lights or floor lamps - the daylight is great and the big window at the rear is striking but the overhead lighting makes it look a little less cozy than it might in the evening. It's a small quibble in an otherwise really lovely space.
We stayed at this apartment for several nights. It is comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated. It is an easy walk to the center of town and local restaurants and shops. One issue for us was that one of us has limited mobility and navigating the spiral staircase was a challenge. The property host was easy to work with and very prompt in communicating with us. I would highly recommend a stay here.
Great home in perfect location!!
2nd time at this property. Could not possibly be more convenient to everything, yet feels so âremoteâ and quiet. Love this place.
We loved our stay at The Patio. The location was perfect for us, as The Red Inn and Relish are two of our favorite places, and they're just short walks away.
The kitchen was small, but not too small for two people. Our only challenges were the size and layout of the bathroom (very small; the door swings open to hide the toilet) and access to the sleeping area via the spiral staircase. It looks terrific, but using the bathroom in the middle of the night can prove challenging.
Overall, a beautiful, well-appointed place, with great natural light, cross-breezes when windows are open, and a very efficient air conditioning system when temperatures rise.
This is a great unit, in an amazing location, very private, quiet and very well appointed.
Ideal for couples or an individual that wants to be in the quiet end of the West End but still close to all that the town has to offer.
Host are very easy to reach and very accommodating.
The unit was modern and beautifully done. We loved the location. We thought the spiral staircase was too narrow. You could also easily injure yourself by hitting your head on the sharp corners. There was no garbage disposal. The toilet paper was the cheapest possible. There was no Kleenex. There was no place to put the soap or shampoo in the shower. I probably would not stay there again, given the price and lack of some of these basic amenities.

It was a joy to stay in this place. First, Ellen & her husband were more than accommodating in terms of letting us in early as well as availability if there were any issues. The place itself is well appointed and very relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet as well so it is a nice area of town to live in whether escaping the party scene or avoiding it completely. The only addition I would make is to add a level higher of cable for the tv so that one can watch it on a rainy day. Very basic cable is there, but channels like WTBS, Lifetime, Food Network, E!, Bravo etc. would put the cable situation more on par with the other rentals in which I've stayed in Ptown. True one can hook his or her computer to the tv or watch Netflix on his or her personal computer with the free wi-fi if one chooses, but one doesn't always want to go to that trouble on vacation or bring the extra luggage. Literally that is the only addition that would be great, everything else is really there.
It was a great week in the place & I hope to stay there again.

#3, 7 W. Vine St., Provincetown, MA.
Excellent location and excellent unit amongst a group of three. A second and third floor multi-level 1-bed der with all the amenities one or two could want. As much as I love the homey charm of the town, we prefer a more modern aesthetic to live and stay in (less fuss all new interior). The bathroom is modern with a huge shower w/out those useless tubs. The unit has great light on both sides, and a private balcony with 2 Adirondacks on 3 with morning sun, or evening relief shade. Ellen and team are great hosts! Highly recommend this place amongst the many we've stayed in (except for the weeks we plan to return and stay again). If there was a down item, the unit does not have cable TV, but it does have internet.
