Cet endroit spĂ©cial a tout, situĂ© dans le centre-ouest, Ă  quelques pas des commerces avec vue sur la baie et Ă  deux pas du glissement de bateau pour la t-dance, Spiritus et toute l'action nocturne. Une courte promenade matinale vers Joe's pour prendre un cafĂ© ou littĂ©ralement descendre la colline jusqu'au Cafe Heaven pour le petit dĂ©jeuner. Entrez en ville sur le ferry et dans les cinq minutes, vous ĂȘtes Ă  la porte. Conduisez en ville et garez-vous dans l'allĂ©e avec une place de stationnement attribuĂ©e Ă  l'unitĂ©. Quoi qu'il en soit, laissez vos sacs et votre voiture et sortez directement en ville. Les installations comprennent la climatisation centrale, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une terrasse privĂ©e ensoleillĂ©e, un patio commun / espace de grillade au niveau infĂ©rieur, une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse privĂ©e dans l'unitĂ© et d'Ă©normes placards dans les deux chambres. We had a great stay. The location is a 10/10. The unit is clean and modern and there are excellent views from all windows and the big patio off the kitchen. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend this unit when you are in Ptown.

Great property at a great location. Owner is awesome to work with. You can't beat the convenience of being so close to all of the key places in Provincetown. Great views and a back deck that makes the living space feel even larger. Full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc -- all the conveniences you don't always find in Ptown rentals. Definitely recommend this place!

This place is perfect

We know Provincetown well so our original concern with this place was it might be a bit noisy because it is very central. It's silent! The location is fantastic and it is still so quiet and peaceful. The apartment is perfect. We are a couple and it was just the right size for us. Given one of the rooms has no hanging space it may be difficult for two couples. But for us it was just ideal. Sharon has really paid attention to the quality of everything. Decent bed ensured a good night's sleep. Decent furniture on the deck made it a great place to hang out. Decent kitchen utensils and equipment made it easy to eat in when we wanted to. No detail had been overlooked. The place is quite simply perfect and we can't wait to stay again. Great stay in the heart of Ptown

A beautiful property just off Commercial Street, in the middle of the action while still wonderfully private. Well appointed and efficiently designed, easily fits 3-4 people. The elevated outdoor space is a real treat - we enjoyed the atmosphere from there every morning and evening. Sharon was responsive, friendly and very helpful. Absolutely our favorite location in Ptown.

Great Property in Perfect Location

We stayed here for a week in July. The location is perfect with quick access to Commercial Street, grocery store, gym, etc. AC was super comfy the whole time and the back deck area was fun to hang out on. The winding staircase in the back might be much for some but we managed fine. I’d stay here again.

Steps to Commercial Street

My daughter and I stayed here for about a week. Just the right amount of attention from our host. Perfectly fresh and clean. Freedom to regulate thermostat as you desire, hot showers, amazing light, sound machines for early nights. Steps From Everything! We stayed once before and would surely go again!

Great Ptown Getaway

We had a wonderful time on a weekend getaway to Provincetown in this unit. The location was great for access to both ends of town and the unit was very comfortable. Quaint and Ideal Location

Super quaint 2 br condo. Tight quarters, but efficiently designed for 2 couples. Everything was tidy and well appointed. Stay here for the prime location! Right in the heart of town. We stayed in shoulder season, so things were a bit quieter. There was a little bit of noise the first night, nothing crazy. The second night we used the white-noise machines in our bedroom and noise wasn't an issue. Communication with Sharon, our host, was great and easy. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Fantastic place to stay in Provincetown

Staying here will spoil you! The location can't be beat. It is in the heart of the P-town, a few minutes walk from just about anything in the village. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room, and the deck is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. You can see the water from the living room and deck and also view people strolling down Commercial St which is fun if you like to people watch. The host is fast to respond to any questions or issues that arise (like accidently locking yourself out, my bad!) I will definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Location: Unbeatable!

The photos on the listing don't accurately show just how central this rental is to Ptown's downtown attractions! The fact that this rental was comfortable, nicely sized, and featured great outdoor amenities AND was a two-minute walk to Tea Dance was worth every dollar. Our stay happened during Provincetown's now infamous Sewer Debacle of 2022, and Sharon's communication throughout the messy situation (which was very much not her fault!) was perfect. We're grateful for our time there.
