The Beach Rose Cottage is a private, charming, freestanding beachfront cottage located in Town Center at the start of the Gallery District on Commercial Street, facing Provincetown Bay. A perfect getaway with spectacular water views from the bedroom, living room and private roof deck. Step out onto the beach from your private porch and enjoy your coffee while sitting in adirondack chairs taking in the panoramic Ptown harbor view. Layout is one bedroom (queen), full bath, full kitchen, living room/dining area, covered porch with adirondack chairs, and exclusive use roof deck with steamer lounge chairs. Impeccably decorated in cottage style with modern amenities and bed and bathroom linens. Exceptionally well equipped with Smart TV, Bose Wave Radio with Bluetooth, cable, WiFi, microwave, oven/range top, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, ceiling fan, A/C, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, outdoor gas grill.

This was mine and my husband’s third time staying at this property, and it continues to never disappoint. Perfect location - steps from so many restaurants, galleries, and shops. And you cannot beat the view from the deck. We hope to go back again in the years to come!

Great Location

Very short walk to the Mews and the town. Beautiful views of the bay, with easy access. Very pleasant sleeping and listening to the waves.

Wonderful fall weekend

Couldn't have picked a more perfect location for our weekend anniversary trip. Right in the heart of Ptown, walk to everything, steps to the beach, but quiet enough to sit out on the deck to enjoy the peace of the ocean with a glass of wine. Home was exactly as advertised - clean and comfortable. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect location!

Cozy little cottage walking distance to everything but still quiet for early nights in. Was a little musty smelling when we arrived but aired out nicely once we opened up the windows. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a lovely getaway.

Location location location

The cottage has great views of the bay and is steps to all the restaurants and shops Provincetown has to offer. Having the one parking spot with the rental was a huge plus, we didn’t move our car during our entire stay.

Wonderful cottage!

This cottage is absolutely adorable and perfect for 2 people. And the view is spectacular. Great parking spot right by the door. It was very clean and comfortable. And with just a short walk, you can be in the center of town. We loved it.

THE most amazing spot in town with a mixture of bay beach and being right on commercial street! A few minor sundries were miss but I discussed with the owner for future guests.

There was nothing about this little cottage that we didn't love. It's clean, bright, the kitchen amazingly well stocked, the living room comfortable, and every room's windows give incredible views of the Bay. The deck(s) are perfect for reading, and you're only a few steps from the water. And dog friendly! The Best.

The cottage was great! Location, decor, comfort, ev'thing... only thing that wasn't great was the weather but even that did not put a damper on our stay. You can walk to everywhere and bike to Race Point in no time. Chris was more than an accommodating, attentive, and gracious host. We look forward to another visit soon..

Perfection

My husband and I absolutely loved staying in Rose Cottage. Waking up in the morning and having coffee while looking at the water was fabulous. The house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and very quiet. We never needed our car. All was within walking distance. Provincetown is such a warm and welcoming town. All the shops are independently owned and the restaurants are incredible. Our favorite was Mezze ( coincidentally just a few doors down). We can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect spot for the hustle and bustle of commercial street

I chose this property because of the location to the water and it did not disappoint. The cottage is very quaint but it gets very hot in there without much flow to the bedroom. The parking spot is very convenient because I did not know how busy commercial street is and it is VERY busy. It is also a hop skip and jump from the deck to the beach which was perfect.

Our second stay here and we will be back!

Perfect location, just into the east end, quiet but still close to everything. We love this place! Hard to leave the view from the deck (and the roof deck). Spent hours on the deck (and on the beach in front) just watching the magnificent Ptown harbor scene change with each passing light of day. You will be tempted to stay home because it is so pretty. Close to all that Ptown has to offer. perfect little beach cottage with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped. Watch the sunrise over the harbor from your pillow. And the parking space is right next to the cottage(!) (crazy good parking space for Ptown!) easy reservation, easy check-in and out. Didn't want to leave. We will be back! Thank you!
