Chef coûte 50 $ par jour pour 3 repas par jour pour un maximum de 5 personnes. Les clients paient pour les courses.

Le transport depuis l'aéroport de Puerto Plata (POP) est de 25 $ par trajet. Le coût est de 100 $ par trajet de l'aéroport de Santiago (STI).

La lessive est de 5 $ par chargement pour le lavage, le séchage et le pliage et doit être faite par notre femme de ménage.

La climatisation dans les 4 chambres est incluse sans frais et toute l'électricité est gratuite. Vous avez maintenant la possibilité d'ajouter AC dans le salon pendant votre séjour. I'm ready to return.

My friends and I were really impressed with the villa and views it has to offer. This villa is a must have to really experience a peaceful vacation, but connect with you job if needed. The rooms are spacious, clean, with plenty of storage and each has a good size bed. The views are breath taking, the weather was perfect during our stay. Everything is in walking distance, the grocery store, ocean, clubs, restaurants, etc. The staff is wonderful, any issues or concerns were addressed immediately. Having the downstairs apartment was priceless when it came to making phone calls back to the US, with is free with the phone at the villa. My friends and I are planning a return trip. I highly recommend renting this villa, save money while having more fun than being at a resort. The villa has two very large screen TV's, perfect for watching the Super Bowl. We used the BBQ grill daily, it was really nice having the gas grill. I would recommend getting a rental car, good to have but not needed.

Beautiful villa!

Great villa with ample space and a wonderful view, as it sits elevated. Very clean. Housekeeping service daily. All the basic dishes you need. Property manager always prompt to respond to your questions and needs. Shower water is nice and hot. Very effective ceiling fans in living room . Villa is close to the front gate, very conveniently located.

Had a fabulous week! Best vacation ever!

We will definitely be returning again! Jack was great and always so helpful. Housekeepers were awesome and so friendly. Our stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful experience!

AC in the Living Room!

This VillaTracey villa has air conditioning in the living room which is a must during summer months in Sosua. It is optional but most villas in the community and in the area don’t offer it. Having been a VillaTracey customer and a visitor to the region for many years, I appreciate the personal service, the responsive to any issues and, oh yeah, the fantastic views and many amenities in this villa and other VillaTracey properties. Another guest had complained about wifi but that has been upgraded as well to one of the fastest services available. All in all another great trip me for me and my family!

Disappointed

The major problem is that the living room has no A/C (hot as hell). It was inhabitable for me and my friends. A minor problem is that the WiFi connection is very slow.

Great Villa, Great Staff, Great Location, Great Price

Very well run villa with very professional, courteous staff who kept the villa clean daily and were very friendly and helpful throughout. Location is amazing, close to the front gates, short walking distance into town. Great villa for a quiet stay with family and/or friends!

Another great property

This is my 2nd time staying in one of Tracey’s properties so i knew what to expect . Great service clean house and a wonderful vacation . I recommend chef nene, her cooking was very good . Already started planning my next trip... !!!!!!

Great experience

We had a wonderful time here. Everything was just like the photos which is always a plus. The place was clean in arrival and cleaned daily by the maid. All ammenities were there and more. The air conditioning blows snowballs so we just used the fans. LoL. Jack was the best help,he helped in all aspects of the trip. He helped with everything in the villas as well as tourist questions we had. He was apart of our trip but in a good way making sure we were safe as well as do's and dont of the D.R. I would highly recommend this villa and Jack is a plus for making the trip smooth. It was not an arduous task for us to get any questions answered.

Amazing Stay!!

I had an amazing stay at this Villa. Tracey the owner was very accommodating for my group. The amenities of the property were great. Jack the property manager was very helpful and was only a phone call away and very quick with any service request we may have had. I will definitely stay at this villa again for my next visit.

Great home base in Sosua

Thanks for a great stay! Villa was clean and comfortable with all the modern technology you could ever need. House and grounds were attended by smiling, helpful staff daily. Enjoyed the play park at the bottom of the hill and sat poolside at some point each day. Checking in and out after office hours was made easy by the pleasant security staff. Great location for walking to the grocery store, beaches and restaurants. We always had water, hydro, a/c and felt secure in the complex. Hoping to return "someday".

Perfect Villa

Myself and 4 other friends stayed here for a 4 night mens vacation. The villa was perfect for us, it was clean and security was great. There was only one small problem, there was no safe in the rooms. The previous person took the keys, but Tracey got a new safe in the next day. The owner (Tracey) called and checked to make sure we didn't need anything and was extremely helpful before the trip considering it was all our first time in the DR. I would definitely stay here again

Great stay

I have been to Sosua numerous times and I was very pleased with he accommodations. The villa was very nice, all the rooms were big, wifi works very well, pool and villa taken care of daily. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The only hiccup was a problem with the AC on the first day, but Tracy got it fixed quickly and there were no other issues. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. Well maintained, excellent security and within walking distance to everything.

When I'm not in villa15, I'm truly away from home

Yet again another great trip had at villa 15. Thoroughly enjoyed, as always it was needed and a pleasure. Home away from home

Awsome Property

The villa was great. We jumped into the pool, which was awesome, as soon as we got there. The villa is within walking distance from the beaches and night life, has daily maid service, and has a great entertainment system for when you just want to relax. Tracey was a pleasure to deal with and was always available when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

This Villa was amazing

The stay at this villa was a terrific experience. First time renting a villa in Sosua and it definetly will not be the last. Tracey was available on call if we had any questions or issues, the maid was very friendly and helping, and the property was just like the website pictures. Close to the gate, supermarket, and an easy walk to the Sosua night life and beach. I will look forward to staying here again for our next trip. Thank you

villa 15 is always a great stay.

Vacation in the Dominican Republic

This place was awesome. Close and convenient to town. You can walk to the public beach , or a short taxi ride to an amazing group of secluded beaches. We also took a trip to the monkey jungle and did the zip lines. We were really pleasantly surprised that the monkey jungle and zip line tours were created to support a local area health clinic, complete with health and dental care. We traveled with a large group so we spent a lot of time in the villa. The pool was awesome and we hired a cook to prepare a few meals for us. The cook was awesome and was a great treat. The house cleaning staff were really on top of stuff as well. I have to say this was a really great vacation spot.

it´s the best i have ever booked!!!

kann ich nur empfehlen. alles ist super sauber , die anlage ist mehr als sicher , und wer es gerne leise hat - mehr geht nicht.jeden tag kommt die putzfrau und der mann für den pool macht auch keine pause.alles ist sehr gpflegt und es gibt wirklich nichts worüber man sich beschweren könnte.wenn es klappt -buchen wir nächstes jahr wieder ! thanks for the good time !

EXCELLENT PROPERTY WITH PHENOMENAL LOCATION

Excellent property with phenomenal location. Location was very important to me when booking my last trip to DR. As renting a car isn't advised. This property was only a 5 minute walk to the center of town, bars, restaurants, and even a grocery store. We arrived to find the property exactly as advertised. The property was very clean and the daily maid service was excellent. Tracey the homeowner was very responsive to all emails and even setup transportation to and from Santiago Airport. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family and look forward to returning to this property in the near future.

Entertainment options in the home are unparalled in the area from the large flat screens to the fantastic home theatre system. Free phone service as well. No car is necessary as the beach, town, restaurants and clubs are all within walking distance.
