It was a beautiful location and Kip and Leon were amazing hosts. They check in and gave us great ideas for things to do in the area. We loved the cabin, it had everything we needed to make it a great trip. Kitchen items to use for meals, beautifully built loft beds for our child to feel super special and a great lot of land to explore too!

Short Get Away

We spent just two nights to have a quiet get away. It was perfect - very remote, lots of space for walking around and we were able to take our old dog. The cabin is just perfect. Perfect size, perfect ammenities, perfectly comfortable. We hope to return next winter.

Beautiful cozy Stay

This cozy cabin was just perfect to relax and enjoy our winter weekend. It is in woods and we so enjoyed starting a fire and watching the deer come in to feed and wander about. This cabin is so warm and inviting. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Dave and Paula

Beautiful cabin in the woods

The hosts were great - quick response times, willing to assist with some wheelchair accessibility issues, very high standards for cleanliness and attention to details in the cabin. The cabin was incredible; in floor heat, fireplace, timber frame style inside, nice kitchen. Great location only 15 mins of new-tar road from town. Highly recommend!

You'll never find another one like it!

One of a kind cabin that Kip and Leon have put alot of work into! So many details throughout the space inside and out with games and water options to boot! Our only complaint is we wish we would have more time to enjoy this property

A perfect retreat

This is such a unique and amazing property. Everything was very clean and in working order. The cabin was so well-aappointed that we couldn't think of anything we should have brought from home. The outdoor space was immaculate and the fire pit area was spectacular. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Cabin in a Beautiful Setting

Leon and Kip were amazing hosts! We were visiting for a weekend while we checked on the build of our own cabin in the area and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The first thing I said upon walking into the cabin was, "Wow it's really clean!" and it smelled clean and felt so comfortable. That's so important to me when renting VRBO's. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed using the wood burning stove. The floors have in-floor heat which helped keep the entire place cozy! We highly recommend this place to stay if you're looking for a comfy spot in the area!

Best Cabin Ever!!

This stay was great from beginning to end. The cabin is everything you would expect and then some. It was seriously the neatest place! The timber framing, wood stove and the way it’s decorated make this place a one of a kind. The cabin is relatively new, so everything was in perfect working order! The cabin was well stocked and there were even some extras put out by the owners! The owners were the best! Honestly two of the most hospitable hosts we have had at a rental property. We can’t say enough about the cabin, location and owners… we will be back!
