Air fresheners: I do use air freshener plug-ins in the house to create a pleasant-smelling atmosphere for guests, which has been well-received by many previous visitors. However, I understand that some guests may have sensitivities to certain fragrances. I immediately removed the air fresheners upon learning of your wife’s reaction, aired out the home, and offered additional accommodations to make the space more comfortable. 3. Reservation changes: I accommodated your request to modify your reservation for an earlier arrival, even though this was outside the standard procedure. I also worked to address your concerns promptly, but I understand you chose not to return to the property.
