The Perfect South Padre Island Vacation Rental!

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2024). Restricted to immediate Families Only.
Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No Spring Break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

Welcome to 116 E. Atol on South Padre Island, TX!
Guests will fall in love with this 4 bedroom private home with a newly build private heated pool/hot tub and backyard area!

This house is located just 1/2 a block from South Padre Island's beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico!

This vacation rental home features tasteful decor and is totally renovated!

The living room is spacious and provides for ample seating area for guests to relax. Guests will enjoy visiting with each other and watching movies and shows on the large flat screen tv.
The oversized kitchen countertop provides an excellent space to prepare meals. This kitchen has everything needed to make a great meal with family and friends. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining table offers seating for 8 people, with an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The bedrooms are well appointed and provide excellent sleeping accommodations for guests.
The master bedroom features a king bed with flat screen tv. The large beautifully renovated master bathroom has a large tub and walk in tile shower.
The second guest room offers a queen bed.
The third guest room entails a king bed and an en suite bathroom.
The fourth bedroom has a perfectly designed bunk bed set up with 4 twin built in bunks!
There is an additional sleeping space in the bonus living area, which has two (2) murphy beds and a flat screen tv!
Friends and Family will enjoy spending quality time in the pool/hot tub and backyard area! This large pool is the perfect spot to cool off and catch some sun while enjoying South Padre Island's warm tropical climate!
This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach! Make your reservation today!

*To stay on the property, the person responsible for rental must provide proof of age with a driver's license or passport. The person responsible for rental must be 25 years of age or older and must stay at the rental property with all other guests throughout the duration of the rental period.

Great location with easy access to the beach! We had a few issues with the washer and dryer even though it wasn’t able to get fixed during our stay, the property manager responded right away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice and spacious house! This house is exactly what we needed for our family vacation. My kids absolutely loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. Owners and property manager were so nice and answered any questions we had! Nice close location to the beach and neighborhood was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is just as you see in the pictures. Spacious kitchen and nice, large, comfy couch for everyone to gather around and watch a movie. The kids and the adults spent endless hours in the pool and in the hot tub. It was very quick, easy walk to the beautiful beach. Check in was a breeze, communication was quick and helpful and the checkout process was the easiest we’ve ever had for a rental. One of our highlights was watching a Space X rocket launch. The drive to the beach to watch the launch was only 10 minutes away. Great option for a large group.

Great Time at Deja Blue House

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. There’s plenty of space and rooms. The pool was big enough for our big family and the splash pad was perfect for our grandkids. The owners answered any questions we had. Very highly recommended and we’ll be back again.

Great House!

This house was exactly what we wanted for a great stay at the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone, all of the beds were super comfortable, it was stocked with everything we could need and was a super short walk to the beach. It was very clean and the pool was great for swimming after a day at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing vacation home

We had a large extended family vacation and this house was perfect! Enough room for everyone. The pool and back yard was great to hang out in. The beach is so close, easy walk for everyone. Great interactions with the host/owner. Would definitely book this house again.

Perfect staycation

The house served our needs perfectly. More than enough beds and space for the whole family to unwind. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds and sofa! The extra details such as pool towels and soap helped were a plus. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, the convenient deck and wash off station on the side of the house. Shannon was an amazing host and very responsive. We had an amazing family staycation for the Easter weekend and hope to visit again soon!

Overall our stay was excellent we very much enjoyed out get together. 2 things that may need improvement were the fact that the jet tub in the master bedroom was inoperative a disappointment and the flora around the pool kept the pool full of debris which I guess not much can be done about that.

Best Vacation Ever!!

Wonderful property, plenty of room, very comfortable beds, great pool!! House had everything we needed, perfect walking distance from the beach. Hosts were quick to answer every question and had good information about fun things to do. My grandkids and grown kids had super fun with the beach horseback riding.
