Welcome to River Isles Retreat, your dream vacation rental house on a canal and near the beach. It's a true coastal paradise complete with a large backyard on the canal with a pool and hot tub, and dock. You'll appreciate the "spa button" that lets you turn on the spa at anytime just like a resort. The garage has been transformed into a fun game room with ping pong, TV, arcade game, video games, giant connect four, tables and stools. Also in the garage are bikes and beach gear loaded in a wagon. Nestled in a serene seaside community within walking/biking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach, this charming retreat offers you the ultimate getaway.
Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required.

Beautiful home in a convenient location! Very accommodating amenities for all ages- The kids enjoyed the Wii and games in the garage and the adults enjoyed visiting on the dock and finding dolphins and manatees while kayaking! Pool and hot tub were a relaxing oasis! Hostess was amazing-wonderful communication and flexibility to meet our needs throughout our stay. If you are looking for a cocoa beach get away or need a place before/after porting for a cruise, I would highly recommend the River Isle Retreat!

Host was immediately responsive to all inquiries. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked with items such as paper towels, coffee, aluminum foil, plastic baggies and things of this nature I usually have to buy myself. Bicycles were in fine condition and I enjoyed them every day. The pool temperature was very pleasant even on 40 degree evenings.

The best place to stay in Cocoa Beach! The house was in a great, quiet location, with a short walk to the beach. The host thought of just about everything you need to enjoy your stay with bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, a great pool, and a well stocked house. The host is also tops. We had a minor issue which she went above and beyond to fix. Having a great host is what it takes to elevate a great stay and make it exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The location of this property is amazing! We walked to downtown Cocoa Beach several times for ice cream, cocktails, and meals and loved not having to worry about finding and paying for parking! The pool, hot tub, and dock were our favorite features. We were lucky enough to be visited by dolphin and stingray while hanging out in the rope swings on the dock. We were also able to catch an early morning SpaceX launch from the pool. The home was clean and well appointed and the beds were super comfortable! The host was also easy to reach, helpful, knowledgeable of local culture and things to do, and responsive. The only thing could have been a little better is the pool maintenance. We arrived a few days before the weekly pool cleaning and the pool was a little dirty which was no big deal. However, the lawn care company came on the same day the pool maintenance was supposed to come and they blew all of the yard clippings and debris into the pool and the pool maintenance never showed up so we didn’t use the pool our last day because it was full of grass and other debris. Overall it was a great trip and the location and outdoor amenities can’t be beat!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This property went above and beyond our expectations! Close to everything and waterfront was simply beautiful. Comfortable, clean home. Very well appointed. We had everything we needed. Despite the best efforts of the helpful property manager the hot tub and pool heater worked only occasionally during our two week stay.

We have replaced the faulty pool heater with a brand new one. Also, to improve the guest experience, we've installed a spa button next to the pool like they have at resorts where guests can now turn the spa on and off whenever they would like to use it.

We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! It looks like stepping into a magazine! We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! This property is perfection and they are fabulous hosts! She says that all you need to do is pack your clothes and leave, and this is completely true. Everything you need is at the property! Pool and hot tub are great! Kayaking and paddleboarding on the canal are great! We saw dolphins and manatees from our dock! EASY walk to the beach and all beach needs are supplied! The home and property are immaculately cleaned! Could not give a higher recommendation!

Wonderful Stay at a Canal-Side Home in Cocoa Beach

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this beautiful house in Cocoa Beach! The location is simply perfect, right on the canal, making it easy to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. My favorite spot was definitely the lounge chair down by the water. The heated pool was always nice and warm, which made swimming enjoyable at any time of day. In the evenings, the spa was a real treat. It was the perfect place to chill and relax after a day of exploring. The outdoor area overall was just fantastic for spending time together as a family. Inside, the kitchen was a highlight for us. It was beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether you wanted to cook a full meal or just enjoy a casual breakfast. Every detail was thought of, making it easy and pleasant to use. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept so well every night. There was truly nothing missing in this house — it felt like a home away from home, and we felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. Our only regret is that our vacation was too short!

Beautiful!

The house was exactly as described online. Check in was very simple, no issues getting into the home. The pool and outside seating at the river was amazing! The home had plenty of room for everyone and we were very comfortable there. Lots of towels and other things we needed. I would come back to this home for sure in the future.

Family Spring Break trip

This home has lovely decor, was clean and has almost everything you might need for your vacation. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash (that smells great!) in each shower was a nice touch. Garage has lots of fun items -- floaties for the pool along with a wagon, beach chairs, toys and umbrella for the beach. Location is conveniently located to Simply Delicious --must eat for breakfast -- and The Fat Donkey which has delicious ice cream! House is 5-minute drive to a public beach and we loved watching a launch from the pool deck one evening. Overall, we enjoyed our Spring Break trip to Cocoa Beach and stay in River Isles. Rated 4 stars due to several minor things (maintenance related) which have been shared with the host. Would stay here again.

A paradise, within 1 Property!

My Wife and I stayed here for an extended vacation, and to spend some time with our kids, and friend's kids who are in college in Florida. We had an amazing time, and even so close to Cocoa Beach and the tourist area, we practically didn't leave the property! We had everything we needed right here. Owners, and management staff were very responsive, and helpful. We did not experience 1 single issue. Place is stocked with everything you could possibly need! Beautiful kitchen, and baths. Awesome place will definitely stay here again. We opted to rent the Boat that is onsite as well and had an amazing time on the river as well. Boat has everything you need, even a tube, and rope with sport life jackets.

Wonderful Stay

This property was amazing. We had 7 people, 3 of them teenage boys. This was perfect. They swam, fished, rode bikes and kayaked. They also played video games and ping pong in the garage. We were looking for a space to address their different interests and this worked. They also had everything you need for the beach. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. Only issue is the hot tub temperature wasnt working. The owner was highlyly responsive and would fix it whenever we texted. I just recommend if its not working reach out right away and then it will be great.

Very enjoyable!

My husband and I took our kids, 3 boys and 1 girl ranging from ages 20-12, to Cocoa Beach for spring break. This property was nearly perfect. Clean, accommodating and fun!The kayaks and paddle board on the river were a huge hit, even seeing a dolphin and manatees! The garage was a popular hang out with video games and ping ping. We also really enjoyed roaming the neighbors on the bikes, venturing all the way to the beach a couple of times. The beach is walking distance so that was perfect with a yummy ice cream place along the way. The only down falls came when my kids wanted their own beds. But the Murphy bed and couch accommodated just fine. The master bedroom was great except for the mirror lined wall leading straight into the bathroom with full view of the toilet and shower from the kitchen ( with the door open). Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to other families looking for a place to stay that would entertain different personalities and likings. Thank you!!

There is lots of fun things to do at River Isles Retreat and it's in a great area close to historic downtown Cocoa Beach with lots of shops and restaurants and nearby beach access. Although you can see into the bathroom from the kitchen when the door is open, there is a pocket door that easily slides closed to provide complete privacy for the master bathroom and bedroom.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath recently renovated and well stocked home is in a fantastic location on a river canal with amazing amenities and has plenty of space for families and groups to relax and enjoy. The location is in a quiet neighborhood near the beach where parks, great restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance or a short bike ride away.

You'll love the pool and spa with a brand new heater and a "spa button" just like a resort that allows you to turn on the spa at anytime!

The covered dock has outdoor dining, hammock chairs, and lounge chairs. There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for guests to use (the boat on the lift at the dock is not available for guest use). The intercoastal waterways are teeming with wildlife and fun to explore.

Our goal is that you only need to pack your clothes and personal items and we provide everything else you need for an unforgettable vacation experience at River Isles Retreat!
