From the beginning of our stay to the end of stay at the Cozy Bear Cabin everything was perfect! Paula was very quick to get back to any of our questions and made sure we knew anything and everything we needed to know before we arrived ! The house was very clean and equipped with everything we need for our stay. We were even welcomed with a nice bottle of wine . The house is in the perfect location and there was much to do . Wonderful family vacation!

This was one of the best vacation homes I have stayed at. We were 2 families with 5 kids under 12, and the space worked for us perfectly. The huge playroom/TV room downstairs was key (a closet full of toys was a wonderful surprise), plus having the game room (big enough for adults to do yoga, too), meant we could spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed, we loved having such a big dining table, the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The whole place was extremely clean but also felt very homey. The yard was big enough to play (in the snow!) and of the course the location is ideal - quiet, but close to town and just down the road from Echo lake, and a short drive up to Pinkham notch. We'd love to stay again!

Cozy Bear Cabin was amazing! Clean, cozy, awesome communication with the hosts, and a perfect location for a family gathering or to enjoy the surroundings attractions. We had an awesome stay and will hopefully return for a ski vacation in the near future.

What a great cabin! Incredibly well stocked for foodies to families to hikers and skiers. The location is perfect. Just a short ride into North Conway and close to all the White Mountains have to offer. The cabin is immaculate and spacious. Great gathering spaces and very comfortable beds. As a musician, I was hoping the grand piano would be in tune. (Hint, hint.) Perfect for a multiple families that enjoy togetherness and some down time privacy. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place that is very well maintained. It's minutes from the center of North Conway and within walking distance of a great network of trails for hiking, biking and cross country skiing. Lots of fun games available in the lower level which made for a ton of laughs. Paula is fantastic to work with too. Highly recommend considering this property for your stay!

This cabin is so beautiful with everything included. This is our second visit. We had a problem out of the owners control, and she returned my text instantaneously at midnight, very attentive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at cozy bear!

Cozy bear cabin was very spacious and comfortable. The finished basement provides a great play and hangout area for kids and adults. Easy drive to Attitash mountain. Would definitely recommend this cabin!

Cozy Bear Cabin

Everything is exactly like it said in description. We had wonderful time, very clean, plenty of space for group of 8 including. Basement is huge with lots of toys, games and huge TV. Backyard has huge deck, grill, and firepit. Lots of attractions close by for adults and the kids. This place and owner definitely deserved 5 start reviews.! Thank you Paula .

Great stay at Cozy Bear!

We had a fabulous stay at cozy bear! It is close enough to everything but remote enough with a gorgeous fireplace to make you feel totally remote! One thing that I feel is not highlighted enough in the listing is how fabulous the basement is-so many toys and games for all ages! Perfect spot for 2-3 families with kids of any age! We will be back!

Our stay at Cozy Bear was great! The cabin was even larger than I expected. In addition to the bunk room (with 4 beds) there was another room with a bunk bed downstairs. Plus the master bedroom with its own shower/tub and a second adult bedroom. 3 total bathrooms with showers in the house made it easy for our large group (with teens) to get ready in the morning before heading out skiing. This house is really perfect for families! The mattresses in the adult rooms were firm. I’d suggest bringing a pillow topper if you’re not used to that. They may have even had one, I don’t mind firm so I never checked. Everything was clean (spotless even). Extra clean pillows, towels, linens and blankets were tucked in the closets. Again everything was so clean! They had several tower fans available for people who like a fan directly on them. Plenty of ceiling fans too. The best part was the wood burning fireplace. It was easy to use and the wood was provided. It made for an extra cozy evening after skiing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. We didn’t really need anything during our stay but our host Paula was attentive and a great communicator when I had questions before and after. Check out was simple. No list of extensive activities to do. Just make sure the chimney flu is closed and throw in a load of towels if you can. Easy. Will return!
