Within 1min of the Saco River and Echo Lake you really will be in the heart of the valley, surrounded by everything you need for a memorable and relaxing vacation in The White Mountains. Ideal for families and mature renters.
With inviting bedrooms fitted with luxury linens and fixtures, accompanied with a fully equipped kitchen mean that you will want for nothing while you stay and play in The White Mountains.
Guest arrives to a welcome gift and are invited to enjoy complimentary tea's and coffees during their stay.
Access is via a private door with a code.
There is free & off road parking for up to two cars ONLY.

This townhouse is a part of an association in one of the most sought after areas in the White Mountain Valley. Just a 2 minute drive in to the village of North Conway, 1 min to the Saco river and Echo Lake and sandwiched in the middle of the areas best two ski resorts - Attitash (10min) and Cranmore (5min). One of the best restaurants (and a favorite of locals) is within walking distance from your home away from home.
One of the most convenient location in the valley with everything you need to enjoy your stay within a 10 min radius of your vacation spot.
This home is geared towards families or mature/responsible couples sharing.
Absolutely no parties, smoking or pets.
There is a ring camera at the entrance and also noise monitoring software on the premises.
There is a permanent resident who lives next door and quiet times need to be respected between 10pm and 8am.
Parking for 2 cars only.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
Strict quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
Renters are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
