Beautiful place that is very well maintained. It's minutes from the center of North Conway and within walking distance of a great network of trails for hiking, biking and cross country skiing. Lots of fun games available in the lower level which made for a ton of laughs. Paula is fantastic to work with too. Highly recommend considering this property for your stay!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay! House was better than described. Well appointed, comfortable, clean, lots of room and had everything we could have possibly needed. Centrally located to North Conway. Beautiful home! Paula was great to communicate with. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful Cabin, 2nd visit!

This cabin is so beautiful with everything included. This is our second visit. We had a problem out of the owners control, and she returned my text instantaneously at midnight, very attentive. Highly recommend!

Cozy Bear Cabin

Everything is exactly like it said in description. We had wonderful time, very clean, plenty of space for group of 8 including. Basement is huge with lots of toys, games and huge TV. Backyard has huge deck, grill, and firepit. Lots of attractions close by for adults and the kids. This place and owner definitely deserved 5 start reviews.! Thank you Paula .

We loved the property, it was very nice. We will definately return with more family members. The cabin is roomy and worth it. We rent places each May and this is one of our favorites.

Cozy Bear Cabin

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful home! It’s large and very spacious, perfect for a group gathering. The family room was fantastic, providing plenty of space for us to relax and spend quality time together. We also loved the fireplace, which added a cozy touch to our evenings. There were so many games and toys available, which kept the kids entertained for hours. Paula, the hostess, was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We’re already looking forward to going back! Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!"

The cabin was the perfect getaway to meet our friends for a couple of very relaxing days! Accommodations were more than adequate and we enjoyed the warmth of the wood stove since it was too cold out for activities outside! We found fun games to play and prepared our meals to eat in! We would definitely return.

Wonderful stay at cozy bear!

Cozy bear cabin was very spacious and comfortable. The finished basement provides a great play and hangout area for kids and adults. Easy drive to Attitash mountain. Would definitely recommend this cabin!

Beautiful!

We loved this cabin! It’s beautiful inside, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was perfectly clean, with all the things you need, even the coziest blankets. Plenty of space for everyone. Paula was very attentive and answered all our questions instantly. We loved the oversized fireplace, and it also has a wood stove! Shops and restaurants are minutes away. We would definitely return.

Great stay at Cozy Bear!

We had a fabulous stay at cozy bear! It is close enough to everything but remote enough with a gorgeous fireplace to make you feel totally remote! One thing that I feel is not highlighted enough in the listing is how fabulous the basement is-so many toys and games for all ages! Perfect spot for 2-3 families with kids of any age! We will be back!

Lives up to expectations!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Bear Cabin! More spacious than what we had imagined. This home is well equipped with all the essentials. The fireplace was a welcomed treat on a cold weekend. The location is perfect for poking around downtown and hiking in parks. Highly recommend!

Great find!

Conveniently located yet In a private setting. We loved the fire pit and we're pleasantly surprised with all of the wood that was available for it. Great rec room in the basement level perfect for watching movies and snuggling in after a day of hiking and shopping. Don't miss Echo Lake
 It's a beautiful spot!

Bachelor party weekend

The perfect place to stay in North Conway for a friends retreat. Paula was extremely helpful and let us know we could have an early check in before we even asked. A lot of well seasoned wood for the fireplace and multiple fire pits outside. It was just down the road for our Saco River Float!

Perfect spot for families!

The cabin was fantastic. It is conveniently located near a number of attractions, restaurants, etc. The yard is great for hanging out and sitting by the fire. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids wanted to hang out at the house as much as possible because of all the games and toys that were in the basement. There was even more space than we anticipated; as nice as it looks in pictures, we were all thrilled with how nice the cabin was when we got there.

Summer weekend north conway

Our stay was excellent. The houses conveniently located near downtown North Conway, Dianna’s baths, Echo lake, and many other locations. The house is close proximity to down town provides excellent opportunity for dining out in North Conway. The house has plenty of toys and things for kids to do while hanging around. We enjoyed the fire pit and games at the house. Overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend staying at the Cozy Bear Cabin.
