Perfect little cottage for a beach getaway in a quiet town without many tourists. Clean, cute, comfortable, and just a short bike ride to the beach. Lots of room to sit on the back deck, morning and evening. Everything that could be needed/wanted in the the kitchen was there, and plenty of space. Plenty of restaurants are a short drive away, and two are within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice cottage with a beachy vibe including a nice outdoor shower. Bathroom with Tub/shower combo was ckean and everything worked well. Perfect for our 2 night stay. Well equipped with everything you need for meal prep, nice kitchen and adjacent living/dining area. Nice big deck for sitting and eating or cocktailing outdoors. This is not a complaint, simply a heads up to anyone who might not be 100% mobile, the Master Bedroom is pretty small, a tight squeeze to get in and out of the bed. And as others have mentioned the driveway is challenging to get in and out, and you definitely want to back in...Other than that everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy Charlestown cottage. It matched its photos and description perfectly. The owner offered perfect communication throughout. At the time of our stay, it was surrounded with gorgeous blue hydagenia bushes, and some flowers were thoughtfully displayed in vases around the interior. It's well situated for all area exploration, and the very nearby beach is lovely.

The Cottage was perfect for us and we were 5. The location was perfect for beach access and for restaurants. We also had a local strip mall that had a supermarket, drugstore, and other cute shops to walk around. The host answered all questions immediately and was very accomodating. Linen and bedding was clean and there were extra for us to use. It was also very clean. i look forward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very responsive. The cottage was very cute and comfortable, decorated very nicely and had all the amenities you would need for a beach vacation. It has a good vibe! We loved sitting in the screened in front porch and looking at the flowers and beautiful tree that provided much needed shade since we were there during a heat wave. The location is ideal for going to the beach, mini mart and going out to dinner, We walked to the Breachway Grill.

This was by far one of the best cottages we have rented! It is conveniently located within walking/biking distance to the beach, N.O. Bar Clam Shack, Breachway Grill, and a few great breakfast places. Great communication- we will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the cottage very much. Well equipped with dishware and some cooking necessities like oil etc. The front porch and back deck added outdoor comfortIt was spotless and well equipped The bed was a little high for me to get into because it was elevated. But very comfortable The driveway takes a bit of skill to navigate.I was good at the backing in process by the end if my three day stay.Beach was a reasonable walk and we had three wonderful days with sun and sandOverall very nice accommodationThe cost seemed high but I didn't have much to compare it withThe host was easy to reach and helpful.

Great Beach Stay

My two children and I stayed for a couple of nights at LeighAnn’s home in Charlestown. It was very clean and comfortable and just as listed. The outdoor shower was amazing after our beach days! Prime location for beaches! Thank you LeighAnn!

Perfect location

Easy beach access and perfect size for our small group. The outdoor shower was so fun-loved enjoying the night sky view. Everything was clean and host was readily available and kind.

Beautiful Place with many amenities right near the beach. The host was super friendly and got back to me right away. I had some trouble with the a /c in the bedrooms but otherwise a perfect stay. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee and the back deck is great for hanging out. The perfect amount of space.

Great beach stay at the cottage!

The cottage is just as pictured and better! It is very clean, tidy, filled with all the things you might need, comfortable and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the back deck in the evenings and mornings - it has comfortable seating, a sail cloth shade and lights. The beach was a short walk away! Thank you LeighAnn for a great stay and for all your helpful communication.

We loved this charming cottage which was near all the activities we wanted to do in the Charlestown area! Thanks also to our friendly host who texted us to make sure we had everything we needed! The cottage was immaculate and quaint with everything you could wan. We loved having lunch on the deck, and having the outdoor shower as well as the indoor one and the lovely trees surrounding this little hideaway.
