Amazing panoramic southerly views of Block Island Sound. Witness both the very best sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the salt pond. Steps from Green Hill Beach, this home is nestled on a park like lot with an outdoor shower and expansive ground level deck. Two first floor bedrooms, renovated kitchen, laundry and den. Second floor master bedroom, full bath and vast open living room to make the most spectacular ocean views.

Please note: This beach cottage features new renovations and is located in a quaint section of the Rhode Island shoreline. The cottage is not located on Block Island. Block Island can be seen in the ocean’s horizon from the windows of the cottage. The Point Judith ferry to the island is about a 20 min drive from the cottage. Misquamicut beaches in Westerly are also about a 20 min drive.

Please note the rooftop deck is under construction and not currently accessible to guests due to safety precautions.

Access to the gorgeous beach from this cottage is around the block (.2 mi or 5 min walk). Beach chairs and accessories are provided.

Renter acknowledges that a security camera is used at the front yard of our cottage to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. The security camera is strategically positioned so as to not interfere with the peaceful possession of our guests or their privacy.
