Court 1 mile à pied de la plage la plus proche (plage des Dunes). Cottage entièrement meublé de style Nouvelle-Angleterre. Salon avec 1 divan pleine grandeur et une chaise. Manger confortablement dans 4 sièges de cuisine. La table extérieure peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. Table pliante supplémentaire et 4 chaises pliantes supplémentaires fournies. La chambre 1 a un lit queen, la chambre 2 a un lit superposé. Un matelas gonflable queen-size est fourni. La maison a 3 climatiseurs de fenêtre et pour la chaleur elle a des radiateurs à vapeur. Draps, couettes, oreillers et serviettes sont fournis. 1 salle de bain complète avec douche. Grande laveuse et sécheuse, écran plat HDTV 50 pouces avec chaînes de télévision locales et Apple TV, Internet Verizon FIOS 100 Mbps, grand micro-ondes, cuisinière pleine grandeur, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, cafetière 12 tasses. Ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles et poêles fournis. Foyer extérieur et bois de chauffage fournis. Winnapaug Country Club (parcours public) à 1,6 km. Très grande cour avec table extérieure et parasol de table, idéal pour les barbecues en plein air (gril à charbon fourni). Quartier calme. La maison a des planchers de tuiles et de bois franc. Découvrez le centre-ouest à l'ouest qui a la brasserie Grey Sail, 2 librairies, des antiquaires et de nombreux magasins de détail. 10 minutes de Watch Hill, 40 minutes de Newport historique, RI. Notre pass plage est pour la plage de Wuskenau qui est à 3 km. La plage de Wuskenqau est située juste à côté de la plage d'État de Misquamicut. Il y a une aire de jeux / tennis pour cela après l'heure du dîner, juste en haut de la rue à Rotary Park, ou conduisez à Watch Hill pour une glace et un manège pour les enfants - ou Ocean House pour les adultes. Cette propriété est au centre des plages, des magasins, des enfants et des familles confortables. Le casino Foxwoods Resort est à 35 minutes. Le casino Mohegun Sun est à 50 minutes. Profitez d'un dîner dans les nombreux restaurants au bord de l'eau de notre région. Aucun dépôt de garantie requis. Il y a un Super Walmart à 5 minutes. Beautiful weather

Beautiful weather, house was comfortable for us. Bathroom was small with little space to put stuff. Kitchen was adequately equipped for meals. Not fancy. Location was great. Would stay again

Long weekend getaway

The location of this home was excellent- one mile from beaches and a nice park at the end of the street. The home felt a bit cramped- very small bathroom and had a hard time opening windows when it cooled down. Hosts were nice and responsive when we had WiFi issues.

Ideal Spot

This is a great little getaway in a very nice neighborhood. It is my second time here. It was easy to take my dogs for daily walks. It is close to many stores and is about 1.5 miles away from the beach. They lend you their beach pass to Wuskenau Beach which is a nice beach next to Misquamicut. The cottage is clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here again. Thank you Fausto and Cheryl.

Always a wonderful stay one of the best properties and hosts ever

I always enjoy my stay here with my dog. This is truly one of the best hosts here and one of the best properties along with their other ones. It’s a great neighborhood and area right by the beach. The house is delightful every time I stay there there is something new they are always updating and making sure it is immaculately cleaned. Comfortable and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is super fast for my work. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon.

Nice Location but dusty

This property is nicely located, quiet and has a convenient layout. It could use some renovation and a thorough cleaning. There was a foul smell, maybe a skunk, in the main bedroom. The owner, who was very responsive, provided an air purifier which helped a little but the smell lingered for several days. We left a day early.

Comfortable and convenient

We planned a last-minute trip and needed a reasonably-priced stay. This home had what we needed to be close to our family living in the area. We spent most of our time at our relatives, visiting and eating meals; however, this home worked out for our family of 6, traveling with our dog.

Westerly Pup friendly Cottage

We had a great time at this cottage, nestled behind a couple of homes. Clean, the size was perfect for us, just off shore rd, so easy to get around. If you plan to rent this unit and want to cook, you should pack the basics. The only spice provided was a pepper shaker.

Cozy beach cottage

Cute little cottage on great property. It is an older home but had everything we needed. The mattresses were comfy, though a shorter box spring under the queen bed would help; that bed was tall! The wifi extender worked great. Plenty of linens available. The fire pit was nice. There wasn't any firewood left, but that wasn't a big deal.

Bare Bones - Needs Some Love

Great location. AC. Kinda buggy, had to plug some holes and cracks. Painfully small bathroom. Uncomfortable bed. Hard mattress and pillows, creaky bed frame. Was reluctant to return here every night to suffer though the bed. No door mat, kitchen towels or bath mat. WiFi is from the other house, signal only reaches the front rooms. My family was staying in two other cabins nearby and they were much nicer at a similar price, so shop around.

Not a nice place at all!

Pictures posted did not depict cottage. It was filthy. Gunk on bass boards, radiators had items behind them and dirty. Kitchen ceiling is ready to fall in. Black mold in Bathroom. Windows so filthy you couldn’t barely see through. On could go on. I wanted to leave the next day but as my husband started, it’s already paid for. The sad thing is it could be a lovely place with some TLC.

Not terrible, not great either

The cottage was an okay visit. While it appeared to have been attempted to be restored, there was improvement still needed. From the paint chipping off the walls to the drab paint on the walls. The cottage also had a dusty smell as if it hadn’t been aired out in awhile, which was shown by some of the dust collected on the shades. The remotes were sticky which was a quick turn off. There was no patio furniture or hammock set up as in the photos. The heating system was efficient and there was a clear attempt at trying to make the place feel comfortable. The location was a good location in Westerly, other than having a chicken coop on the property and being downwind from a farm.

Great location, needs updating

I’m not sure if we’d stay in this rental again. The location is great, only a mile from the beach and we were able to walk there and back easily. But given the price, I didn’t feel the property met the standards I’m used to at other rentals listed for similar rates. When we first entered, I was pretty disappointed. It had a strong musty odor, and I noticed many run down or dilapidated elements. It’s too bad it had an air of neglect. We actually thought about trying to find a hotel nearby instead, but we stuck it out. There were several dead cockroaches on the floor which freaked me out and the coffee pot didn’t work. Definitely needs a paint job and new windows and cabinets. The bathroom is tiny and would be difficult to share with more than 2 people. The bedsheets were very worn out. But if you can look past these things, it’s really not a bad place. Can’t say I would give it a 5 star rating, but if the price came down we would rent again just for the location alone. I think with some updates and TLC, this could be a really sweet little place. As the week went on the odor dissipated. The hammock was really lovely and the little table on the front porch was nice to sit at in the mornings.

Beautiful upgrades on kitchen and bath on an already lovely home and property

I have rented this house many times; this and this great hosts’ other house are two of my favorites, and this time I was impressed with the upgrades made since my last visit to the kitchen and bathroom. I noticed it as soon as I walked in! Gorgeous new counter and sink and modern faucet and lots of cabinets! Already a big fridge and good stove make this a nice house to cook in, lots of dishes, glassware and cooking stuff, good coffeemaker, with a dining area and the living room comfortable and adjacent with plenty of seating. One of those houses where you can find a pen, corkscrew, birthday candles, the beach pass, delivery menus and more in - I love that as a frequent traveler. The shower has this big rain shower showerhead now which is so delightful with the always plentiful hot water. It elevates the shower stall a lot! Always a lot of towels, nice and clean and soft. The house as always was immaculately cleaned for my stay. Their cleaning service does the most thorough job. It’s so nice to get the key and walk in and everything is just perfect to relax and enjoy your stay. I also do super productive work here; the Internet service provided is fast and reliable. It’s quiet and restful with also a lot of great things to do locally of course the amazing beaches, the nearby casinos in Connecticut and excellent restaurants all around. The beach pass to Wuskenau is such a nice privilege for summer parking and being able to go to one of the best beaches in the Ocean State. It’s right next to the state beach at Misquamicut and the waves are fantastic and the water and shoreline pristine. Plus the immediate property to the house and neighborhood are beautiful, the landscaping and a nearby nature preserve are great walking areas. My dog absolutely loves it here. At night it is so quiet you can hear the ocean waves on the beach shore nearby and the sky is filled with stars that are bright and clear. The fire pit is a fun outside gathering place in the yard for hanging out toasting marshmallows having a glass of wine or a soda or coffee and enjoying the ocean breezes. Sleeping is delightful with such comfortable beds and super clean high quality bedding. I always have a well rested, comfortable and happy time here. It’s the perfect place to relax, work away from home, or do both. You can tell every detail is thought out with the comfort and enjoyment of the guests in mind.

Disappointment and disgusted

My wife and I try to take our boys 12 and 15 away twice a year for a family vacation and we have been renting properties without any issues through VRBO. We work hard and save our money and have been going to Westerly for the last few years as it offers a little bit of everything for everyone. This property is located in the part of town that we all love close to the beaches we enjoy and easy to get to. That’s all this property has. The 5 star reviews must be from friends and family. The cleanliness was well just not true at all. There was mold on the Weber grills actual green mold. There was surface mold in the bathroom which is so small it’s pretty much not even functional for doing your daily routine. I mean it’s so small it’s like a toddler toilet and shower that’s like a standing coffin and it was filthy. Then the “linens” looked more like rags your would clean with or dry vehicle with not dry your body. So we bought towels at Walmart. The kitchen is decent size but the the silver wear was disgusting covered in food. No utensils at all for cooking like say oh a spatula. The coffee pot was broken so the only way to make a pot of coffee was to boil water in a pot then pour it over the beans and into the filter. That’s a whole lotta fun! To say it’s small would be an understatement it’s got crappy furniture and the rooms are undersized with oversized beds. Not really any storage to speak of for clothing and all the stuff one brings for a week of vacation on the beach. The washing machine when we arrived was clogged with sand. And the owners knew they “fixed it” but then didn’t turn the water back on. It was also full of mold and mildew. And then there are the dead rotting decaying mice I found in the house as well that was a really nice touch. Oh and it has a sweet sess pool. That empties right we’re the grill is set up so every time you wash something or the toilet flushes you get that nice odor. This house could be great even if they say mowed the grass. And did some basic up keep would be nice. But why would you when your getting $2550 a week from hard working people and you don’t need to. Don’t rent this place is you have any self respect and don’t want to essentially “camp”. In all honesty your better off getting a cabin at Burlingame and using the showers and toilets there than this hovel of a house. If anyone wants pictures just DM. I’ll gladly forward some along like I did to VRBO but they don’t really care either so that’s all!!
