We had a wonderful stay at Ken and Debbie’s beautiful place! They were very responsive and welcoming, and the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The place was comfortable, beautiful, and exactly what we were looking for. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Excellent place and located in an up and coming area. Owners are vey attentive and communicate regularly. This was our 2nd time staying here and we plan on doing so again on our next visit to Knoxville!

Everything was perfect !! Very clean, owners were fabulous and very willing to help with anything i needed !, Location is perfect in a great little neighborhood with good places to eat!! This will be my first choice when ever im coming into town !

Debbie and Ken were excellent hosts! We had to reschedule our trip due to weather, and they were more than accommodating. The unit was perfect for my daughter and myself. It was very comfortable and decorated so cute. It was also very clean. We have stayed at several VRBOs in Knoxville, and this was one of the best. Would definitely stay here and rent from Debbie and Ken again!

Great little spot

This place is really convenient to a lot of downtown locations and things to do. There is a lovely restaurant and brewery across the street we enjoyed walking to for food and drinks. It wasn't noisy or crowded. The space was well laid out and thoughtfully decorated

Beautiful and Clean

This place is beautiful and clean. Perfect place for a get away. The bed is super comfortable too. Owners are very nice and respond right away. Will definitely book again in the future.

Excellent Property

This was one of the best VRBO experiences. The property was absolutely beautiful. Loved the location and being able to walk to into town. Ken made sure to give us all the checkin information ahead of time and made the whole process super convenient. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Knoxville!

My 11 year-old son and I made a weekend trip to Knoxville for a Tennessee game (Go Vols!), and this flat was perfect for our stay. It was spotless, and it’s in a convenient location relative to Neyland Stadium. And I greatly appreciated how informative and helpful the flat’s owners were in terms of communicating with me about the check-in process. In sum, this place was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

This a beautiful one bedroom flat. Very clean and stylish. Check-in process was very smooth. Located in what appears to be an up and coming area, with good food and unique bars, this place was perfect for us as we visited our daughter for parents weekend at UT

The apt. was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a short walking distance to a park on the Tennessee Rivers, some restaurants and a brewery. I highly recommend.

The flat was just as described and a great option for us while visiting our son at UTK. Short Uber ride to Neyland to attend football game. Hosts were wonderful and accommodating! Took advantage of walkable location to shops and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet.

This is the best short-term rental I've ever stayed at. It's as if the owners said "only if it's good enough for us is it good enough for our guests" It has a contemporary design, lots of light and every detail was high-end (linens, bath products, dishes). We loved its proximity to restaurants, bars and the river. We received a warm, personal welcome and had every question/request quickly responded to. This apartment was a big part of making our visit to Knoxville so delightful!

Quaint and thoughtful

The hosts were extremely communicative and welcoming. Any problem we had they were happy to accommodate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to the Knoxville area. Not too far from the downtown area and very quiet at night to get a good nights rest.

Lovely Apartment in Knoxville

We really enjoyed our two night stay in this lovely apartment in a fun neighborhood in Knoxville. The apartment was super clean, with wonderful bedding, comfortable bed, and big fluffy towels! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The furnishings were nice including smart TVs in the LR and BR. The Hosts were available, communication was great!

Great apartment

The unit was very nicely appointed. The furniture, fixtures and linens were all high quality. The area around the flat was bustling with activity when we were there, but it was quiet inside the flat. The host communicated well and was easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

This was our first time visiting Knoxville and this place was perfect for our weekend trip. The property is located close to downtime but still in a spot that is quiet and no traffic. The flat was spotless, the bed is cozy and the WiFi comm ration was great. We love how there are restaurants close by that you can walk to and downtown is less than 2 miles away. PERFECT rental and the hosts are great, friendly and super responsive. 5 stars!!

Cool loft, good location

The loft was very clean and decorated well. The bed was comfortable. Location was great as many restaurants were walkable. The keyless entry was a little difficult to use. We had to ask the owner to help us use it but he was prompt to respond and help out.
