About this space
Awesome location! We are located on a dead end street across from an Oak Savannah that was part of Laurelwood Golf and now is an undeveloped park, feels like country, yet walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight, restaurants etc. We are close to scenic Ridgeline hiking trail.
Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!
The space
The cottage was recently remodeled with Zen furnishings and freshly painted. Kitchen has stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and small refrigerator. Perfect for 1 or 2 people (Comfortable futon mattress can be set up on the floor for children).

The neighborhood is quiet with a country feel, yet we're only a 15 minute walk from the University of Oregon and Hayward field for track events and restaurants & bakeries at 19th & Agate Streets.
Guest access
The cottage is on the upper part of the property and is accessed via a well-lit outdoor stairs. Guests are welcome to relax at the table and chairs in the garden space or on the red chairs overlooking the meadow. Free wifi.
Other things to note
Also on the property is The Meadow View master suite, which can accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring a luxurious King size bed and pull-out couch, efficiency kitchen and new bathroom with large tub. For larger families, both spaces can be reserved at a reduced rate.

Relax and enjoy our 'front 40', the oak savanna, good walks in the woods leading into Hendricks Park. There are maps available of the trail system and more, allowing you to get out and explore all that Eugene and Lane County have to offer.
