Perfect and cozy little studio with very cool mid century modern touches!! Super comfy, ultra clean and all the little extras we needed! The outdoor area for our pup was also perfect….completely enclosed and private. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Well maintained. Very clean and comfortable apartment. It was small but we were impressed by the little things. Plush towels, a toothbrush and make-up wipes incase you forgot yours, a few snacks and waters. Loved our stay.

We loved the cottage! It was well-stocked, comfortable. My wife loved the bed and pillows they were incredibly comfortable. The place was decorated very nice loved the clocks. Special touch was the basket full of snacks. I’m diabetic and some stuff came in handy in early morning hours. The yard was super cool had four chairs a table and a umbrella and get this a fountain that made sitting outside wonderful. The bathroom had big fluffy towels and one best bath mats. My wife wants the mat for home lol. The toilet tissue wasn’t your standard one ply people normally give you he gave you the good stuff.. once again thank you Cory for allowing to stay in you place.

We had a great stay! The VRBO was incredibly well stocked! Ice machine was a plus. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The water feature was lovely. Communication and access were both excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that the oven is not a traditional but a microwave/convection/bake counter top style. We did use the 2-burner hot plate and the electric grill! We would definitely stay again!

Super cute studio with so many thoughtful details. It’s very well equipped, although the kitchen is not really a full one. (There’s no oven, only a microwave and a portable cooktop.) The location is not super close to the University, but close enough for my needs, and convenient to all the major roads. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. I was on a work trip by myself, but two people would certainly be comfortable here.

Great stay!

This clean, very well stocked, comfortable place is a great value. Located in a safe, middle-class subdivision in a very convenient part of town, it is only 15 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little rental

We really enjoyed our stay here! It has everything you need and the details are really well thought out. Bed and couch are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is clean and inviting. Everything is really nice, from soft towels and sheets, to good toilet paper! We really enjoyed the courtyard. It was nice to have the privacy to have our coffee outside in our PJs. Getting around town is easy thanks to the proximity to Coburg and the Beltline. Would stay here again if the need arose.

Great stay for overnighter in Eugene.

Had such a great stay here. Was in town for a concert and honestly could’ve stayed another night because the spot was so comfy and clean. I brought my service animal, and she also loved the space and having the private little courtyard.
