Amazing location and very spacious for a large group. Being so close to the boardwalk and beach was wonderful and our large group had lots of room to move about, sleep and relax. We had consistent issues with the hot water for showers - having lots of people in the space was great but the water heater could not keep up. The majority of showers we took were cold. We also had a problem with the refrigerator not staying consistently cold - the owner quickly responded and sent someone out to fix it but it never fully solved the problem (but that may be resolved by now).
This was the perfect place to stay. One black from the beach/boardwalk and within walking distance of everything. The house is spacious and the front porch is wonderful! This is not a new and modern property with frilly amenities. Itâs an historic home and has a few imperfection but also lots of charm! Everything met our needs and we hope to book again. The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom had two queen sized beds. One was softer than the other so it seems like everyone should be comfortable. I think there was at least one queen bed in at least two of the four bedrooms. There are also two dedicated parking spaces behind the house. Itâs worth noting that the floors were very dirty but itâs also the end of the season so they may just be in need of a good deep clean. Everything else was acceptable. The giant trash barrel on the sidewalk outside of the back door was a huge bonus for helping to keep the house clean during our stay.
Very large house with great space for our whole family. Walk right to the boardwalk and to the beach. Kitchen was very large too with two full sized fridges.
There was no hot water the entire time we were there and when I talked with Cindy she sent a plumber. There were two different times that plumbers were there and they spoke Spanish and we couldnât understand them. We had to get cold showers and the hot water still wasnât fixed when we left. The water pressure wasnât good. I wouldnât recommend this place as I am still waiting to hear back from someone about my stay.
The house has a lot of space and is in a good location. It does have an older look to it on the inside but the building is a historical site which is pretty cool.
My friends and I had a lot of fun visiting Ocean City, Maryland! There were so many things to do near the house. The house was plenty big enough for all my friends. We would stay again!
Clean and spacious for our group of 8. Keurig did its job. The dryer needed repair, none of the TVs worked, and the shower didn't drain properly. House and appliances were old/original, but mostly functional. All in all, as long as you aren't looking for anything fancy, it will do the trick. And it's perfectly located near the boardwalk.
