Located just off of 26th Street Bayside, this property comes equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Enjoy short walks to the beach and boardwalk, and come back to a relaxing open living space.

The Space:
This extra large 3 bedroom 3 bath beach house can sleep up to 13 guests. The home has two distinct sides, each with their own spacious living area and full kitchen! Great for larger groups or families.

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary Bedroom with Ensuite

1 x King Bed with its own private bathroom

Second Primary Bedroom

1 x California King Bed with a bathroom in the hallway

Third Bedroom (Bunk Beds)

1 x Full Bed and 3 x twin beds in a dual bunk configuration, with a hallway bathroom


All bedrooms come with a television, (with Smart TV / Streaming Technology Access) closet and or dresser.

Additional guests past 9 can utilize up to 2 air mattresses.

Queen size air mattresses are available on site (with electronic pump) or can be brought and utilized in either living room space.

Both living rooms are equipped with large Smart / Streaming televisions, with an adjacent full kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The main kitchen has bar seating for 4, and a dining room table for 4.

Parking is available in front of the house, on the street, free of charge.

Bed linens are provided for all bedrooms, as well as a set of towels for each bathroom
Toilet paper roll will be provided for each bathroom
Hand soap for each Bathroom
Paper towel roll for the kitchen
Dish washing liquid soap and or dish washer detergent gel pods
Laundry gel pods
Coffee Cups and Creamer

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home. Free parking is available in the driveway as well as on the street directly in front of the home.

The Neighborhood:
Quite neighborhood, close to coastal highway for quick access to getting around, walk to dining and beach / boardwalk.

Getting Around:
You will be within minutes (3) of the bus spot for the Ocean City bus. I recommend walking though, especially on beautiful summar days! You can walk to the beach and boardwalk in roughly 8 minutes, and will pass various dining establishments along the way.

Interaction with Guests:
I or a member of my team will be available via the messaging app, text or cell phone. In the event that you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. If it is an emergency, certainly call. If an in person interaction is required, we will facilitate to meet your need or request. A phone call is preferred between 9PM-6AM EST for matters that need immediate attention.
