A brand new two-story townhome located just steps from the beach and walking distance to some of Ocean City’s best restaurants, cafes, and shops.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a decor-lover’s dream. The classic coastal style will make you feel like you’re in a Nancy Meyers movie!

There is endless entertainment around town or you can relax at home and enjoy central air conditioning, smart TV’s with free Netflix or your own streaming services, and family board games.

In the kitchen, you will find white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and glass mosaic backsplash along with shiny new stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal and there is plenty room for dining in.

Upper and lower balconies have views of the ocean and the bay for you to enjoy with your morning coffee.

The primary suite is a coastal oasis, fully furnished with Pottery Barn furniture and decor. A gorgeous canopy bed and a balcony off of the primary suite to enjoy the sunrise. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity.

For your convenience, you’ll find a full-size washer and dryer on the top level and a convenient three-car garage (EV charger) on the lower level. You’ll also have access to beach day accessories - a beach cart, umbrella, canopy, boogie boards, and beach towels.

ATTENTION: We do not rent to graduating seniors, or anyone 18 years old or under. If you are a parent and will not be staying in the home, please do not try to book this home. If found at check-in that you have not met the criteria you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.

Great place to stay!

This is a wonderful home. It is a short walk to the beach and located near plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owners provide plenty of beach accessories and provided plenty of details for your stay.

Beautifully kept property in the heart of OC. Only steps to the beach or the shops and restaurants around 82nd street. Not many rentals in OC are as clean and decorated as beautifully as this home. The owners also have a few tents and boogie board for the beach.

This townhouse is by far the best we’ve stayed at. We needed nothing since all the amenities were provided. Stefana and Russ thought of everything from kitchen to bathroom to the beach this is by far a give star rental.

Beautiful, brand new home that was comfortable and clean. The owners responded immediately to messages and questions we had. Well stocked for the beach with nice beach chairs, wagon, sunshade, and even beach towels. We drove two EVs there and the garage is huge with an EV charger. Super convenient. They also had a bunch of games and toys for the little ones.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved this place! The location was amazing, such an easy walk to the beach, the place looked just like the photos and was so clean. The host offered so many amenities (chairs, beach toys, etc.) that made our trip so easy. I would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our stay with our adult children (8 adults). It is exactly as described…beautifully decorated, 100 steps to the beach, and well-equipped with all of the essentials for the kitchen, beds, bath, and beach. The windows and sliding glass doors were well insulated against any noise outside of the home.Communication with our hosts was great. I had a question and they responded immediately. Highly recommend!

Excellent Beach House!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The townhouse was gorgeous. Super clean, well stocked (with high quality appliances/kitchen ware/toiletries/beach gear, etc.), and very spacious (the pictures don’t do it justice). Communication with the host was efficient and the check in/out process was flawless. Location is great being a very short walk to the beach and various shops/restaurants. Overall, I cannot recommend this property/host enough. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic beach house!

The house is gorgeous, great kitchen and bathrooms and wonderfully decorated. The host offers many amenities that make the stay easier and fun, including indoor and outdoor towels, a beach wagon, sand tools and beach chairs, as well as an outdoor water hose to wash off sand. Every member of the family had an awesome time. Many thanks!!

Wonderful week at the beach

The townhouse is gorgeous, clean and more spacious than expected. The house is fully stocked with everything you need including beach items. The beach is literally steps away and walking distance to many great restaurants. A huge plus - Ropewalk (across the street) had fireworks on Saturday night which the kids loved watching from the balcony - it was a perfect view! We loved our stay at Ocean 82 and will be back.

We found the condo to be very clean and very convenient - the beds were even made prior to our arriving. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, towels were provided, and even small toiletries were available.Other than a very slight lack of storage space for clothes, the accommodations were extremely suitable for our family. Our family especially appreciated the Nespresso (we are all coffee lovers) coffee machine! We knew ahead of time that parking for three vehicles was included, but were pleasantly surprised that all 3 cars fit nicely in the garage!Beach chairs, ocean toys and umbrellas were all available for use.I had communicated with the owner a few times, and received immediate and helpful responses. I highly recommend dealing with Stafana!Overall, our stay was one of our best stays in OCMD!

Fantastic stay!

I can't say enough about how happy our family was with this beach house. It's brand new, great parking setup, walkable to many destinations, and you can see the ocean AND the bay from either of the 2 outdoor decks. The communication ahead of arrival was great; I was able to open the garage with my phone and get right in. My kids loved the place too, and the beach wagon + umbrella & chairs made trips to the beach easy. A quick cross of coastal highway gets you to ice cream, candy, a few restaurants, etc. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

Wonderful Brand-New Vacation Home

We had an excellent vacation. The home is exquisitely decorated and only a few steps from the beach. We have been renting beach vacation homes on the east coast for 30 years from LBI, NJ to the South Carolina beaches and never had such high-quality amenities. The beds were all very comfortable and the beach accessories included Tommy Bahama chairs and extra plush beach towels located in the garage. The bathroom products were better than any hotel products. I am a Marriott Platinum member and stay 50+ nights in Marriott hotels around the world each year for work and I was really impressed by the toiletries offered at this beautiful beach home. The garage itself is a great amenity as it can accommodate 3 vehicles. We were able to fit our Jeep Cherokee, Honda Pilot and an F150 truck in the garage. This amount of private parking space is almost unheard of in Ocean City, MD and it was so great not to have to search for parking on the street which was limited. It was very easy to give this home 5 stars and we would love to vacation here again.

Full Disclosure

We really liked this house. It was new, well appointed, close to the beach and had a nice 3 car garage. What we didn’t expect was the Bonita Hotel right across the street. Those views weren’t disclosed in the rental profile. You open the drapes in the main living room and/or main bedroom upstairs and there it is, 60 rooms with balconies looking right at you. Unfortunately, we had to keep the drapes closed 24/7 to get any privacy. Which was disappointing at best. This is not an inexpensive house and we feel anyone who rents for the week should be given full disclosure. Part of the rental agreement was that we wouldn’t hang towels or clothes on the outside balcony but, that wasn’t shared by the Bonita. At about 8PM, the Bonita Hotel lights up like a Christmas festival. Every room has an outside light that automatically comes on. Then, in the morning when you want to go out on the deck and enjoy the outside world, you’re looking at 60 rooms that are looking back at you. And, although you can look right and see the bay and look left and see the ocean, you have to look straight less than 20 feet to 60 less than adoring rooms with occupants who come out to smoke in the parking lot in their jammies. Oh, and finally, the trash truck shows up every morning around 7AM to empty the Bonita’s dumpsters. You get the pounding iron on asphalt and the backup warning beep to jolt you awake. We hope this helps the next occupants make an informed decision.

Hi Paul, We’re so sorry to hear that you weren’t fully satisfied with your stay. Let me provide some context for the benefit of future guests. The location of our house is public and very much disclosed on Vrbo so potential guests can research it with all the internet tools available to them and make an educated decision. Maybe it is your first time visiting Ocean City and you’re not familiar but in a city setting you will always have neighbors in close proximity. Street lights or hotel lights and street noises like trash pickup are also a normal occurrence. Yes, you are more impacted by them when you are in a townhouse vs a high rise. Maybe a high rise condo will be better suited for your next visit to OC. But for guests who would rather not contend with elevators and dragging chairs and umbrellas up and down to their high rise floor, while also being surrounded by unpredictable neighbors, our house offers a great location mere steps from the beach, spacious 3 car garage, beach gear, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and most importantly the ability to easily and conveniently come and go from the beach multiple times per day. I doubt you will find complete isolation and privacy in OC while also being steps from the beach. Yes, our HOA has strict rules about hanging towels and clothes from the railings but unfortunately we are not able to control the rules of the surrounding buildings. Thank you! Stefana and Russ
