Welcome to Waveside, our delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse located in Ocean City, Maryland. This charming property offers a comfortable stay for up to 8 guests. With two private balconies, you can enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and beautiful views.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining area provides ample space to gather and enjoy your culinary creations. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, ensuring everyone can relax and unwind in their own private space. Additionally, a covered parking spot is available for your convenience. Laundry machines on-site make it easy to keep up with your laundry during your stay.

Best of all, the beach and boardwalk are just a quick walk away, allowing you to immerse yourself in the sun, sand, and vibrant atmosphere. Experience the best of Ocean City from Waveside!

Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK: The guest booking this unit must be at least 24 years old, and minors must be accompanied by the parent or guardian. We do not rent to senior week groups.

​​​​​​​Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
