Sweet property in a great location
My daughter and I both loved this property, and hope to visit again. Safe, fun walks to all the spots in Zona Romantica, Easy access to the beach complete with private reserved umbrellas and chairs (Great when the beach is crowded) steps to the pool and a wonderful deck with pool and ocean views. What more could you ask for?Building managers are on site and friendly, and will answer any questions. Donna was proactive and informative, and the building has secured entry - even before you get to the door. Blue Chairs resort next door has a rooftop night club that plays music until pretty late. We were nervous about sleep - but it wasn't a problem inside. In fact, we kinda liked the groove as we sat and played cribbage and sipped tequila on our little porch. This property is in the middle of the gay part of town. People watching is so fun - the boys put on a show :) What strikes me is how friendly and happy everyone is. Cars don’t honk at cars or pedestrians (and are actually courteous), workers and tourists alike are all happy, smiling and accepting. I would love to live there.TO DO!Pancho’s tacos. Wait in line, So worth it, get the el pastor. Tuna Azul: Great raw seafood.Di Vino Dante: Sit on the balcony. Tapas and cocktailsCocos and the Porch: great breakfast. Porch has the kindest friendliest staffSit in the beach chairs at Swell (just north) - pub-ish food, good cocktails and they move the umbrellas for youBarber and Booze - shave haircut and cocktail!
