Condo en bord de mer sur Playa Los Muertos dans la célÚbre zone romantique de Puerto Vallarta

Notre propriété est un condo en bord de mer avec sa propre plage privée sur la célÚbre Playa Los Muertos de Puerto Vallarta. Notre condo spacieux 1,200 sq. Ft. Dispose de deux chambres, deux lits king, et deux salles de bain complÚtes (douche à l'italienne / pas de baignoire). La cuisine comprend un four à micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un mixeur et une cafetiÚre. Joliment meublé, y compris la télévision par cùble dans le salon et la chambre principale, laveuse et sécheuse, air conditionné (mis à jour avec mini-splits à partir du 12 Juillet 2017), et les ventilateurs de plafond partout. La piscine se trouve à quelques pas du patio couvert de cette premiÚre étage. Blue Chairs Beach Resort, Mantamar Beach Club et Sapphire Ocean Club sont tous à proximité. De nombreux restaurants et magasins se trouvent à une courte distance à pied. Entrée fermée avec réception 24/7.

La vue de Playa Bonita est sur Banderas Bay. À 27 miles de diamĂštre, c'est la deuxiĂšme plus grande baie du monde. Les eaux calmes et claires offrent la toile de fond parfaite pour les magnifiques couchers de soleil que vous pouvez voir depuis notre patio. De dĂ©cembre Ă  mars, la baie abrite la spectaculaire baleine Ă  bosse. Assurez-vous de planifier une excursion d'observation des baleines sur la baie.
Entre juin et dĂ©cembre, les tortues olivĂątres pondent leurs Ɠufs sur la plage. Vous pourriez ĂȘtre assez chanceux pour voir les bĂ©bĂ©s tortues Ă©clos et se frayer un chemin vers la mer.
Playa Los Muertos est une large plage de sable, idéale pour la baignade. Les vendeurs locaux se promÚnent sur la plage en vendant leur artisanat et de la nourriture faite localement. Si vous ne voulez pas les produits qu'ils offrent, dites simplement: «Gracias, non».
La jetĂ©e de Los Muertos est un lieu de pĂȘche prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© des habitants. Vous pouvez organiser votre propre expĂ©dition de pĂȘche ou prendre un bateau-taxi vers l'un des villages de la Rive-Sud accessible uniquement par bateau.

We very much enjoyed being able to walk out the back door to the pool. We did not enjoy the music from the Blue Chairs but it was tolerable! Our host was always available to me even though he used a management company. Just an fyi....we never got either of the safes to work. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

i have stayed at many of the condos in this wonderful complex, and several stays in this specific unit. There is nothing negative to say. Perfect location, incredible security, friendly and helpful staff, and all just steps away from the pool, and beach, and the famous malecĂłn. This unit is my favorite because the beds, pillows, and linens are great and the wifi is fantastic, and it has everything needed for a fun and safe stay.

Great location !

Perfect spot if you’re wanting to be close to the beach but also away from the noise. Also not too far of a walk to good food or downtown. Would book again!

Terriffic place

Stayed for 14 days with another couple,all in our late sixties visiting from Toronto, Ontario.Marshalls place is wonderful and so is he,any questions we asked were answered within minutes before and during our trip. The condo was very clean,beds very comfortable, nice furniture.Loved being able to open sliding doors to the patio and the pool a couple of steps away.The beach is just across the street and was never too busy,lots of chairs and umbrellas, Blue Chairs bar/restaurant right there for food and drinks when you wanted,they will bring it right to you.Lots of people selling items but when you say no gracias they don't bother you. We took a few ubers to diferent tours but puerto vallarta from the condo is very walkable,either along the Malacon or up the hill to main streets, tons of restaurants and bars and markets throughout, would definitely go again. Thank you again Marshall for letting us stay at your lovely condo. The Madills and the McGregors.

The description states that you get a beautiful view of the sunset from your patio, that would be true if you weren’t looking through a large amount of electrical lines.There is a bar beneath the pool area that blasts techno music from about 4:00 pm to at least 1:00 am.The location is great to go across the street to the beach and there is a roped off area to sit. I wouldn’t consider it “beachfront” since you have to cross the street and walk past a bar to get there
Bathrooms are nice! Kitchen is adequate. Couch and mattress is uncomfortable.

Spacious Setting and Great Location

The unit was very spacious for the four of us. The floor plan allowed each couple to have a bathroom. Being on the first floor was just a few steps from the pool. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. We were located by outstanding restaurants and the beach.

Nice place! Clean and well kept. Nice Pool!! A little too close to the action for us. Beach area was nice with our own "Private" area. We are retired "Boomer's" and prefer it a little more laid back. Nice place for a younger clientele.

PVR Holiday Trip

Spent a week in PVR at Thanksgiving. This condo is a couple of blocks farther out than we normally stay but it was awesome and well worth the extra steps. It’s pool side so you only need to grab a towel and walk out the door. There is a wonderful ocean view from the wall of windows in the living area. The two bedrooms are large and spacious with adjoining baths. The best part was the management.company and their attentiveness. Jesus answered all our questions and helped us plan outings. He was amazing.

Great stay with friends

A beautiful condo in a perfect location gave us a great vacation. It was just as pictured online. First floor with direct access to the pool. Surprisingly quiet with all the activity going on outside we were never disturbed.

PV condo

The unit was ok although I had the impression it was newer and it wasn't. The property manager was supposed to meet us and he was an hour or so late. The TV had only one stupid English channel. He came back and tried to fix it and said someone would bring a replacement cable box, but never did. The batteries in the door lock expired and it didn;t work. The front desk guys were great and helped. The showers were excellent although the head came off in my hand when I turned it on. Kitchen was fine. a/c was good.

Air conditioning was not adequate and the remotes didn’t work. Shower head flew off while I was showering- luckily I caught it so the glass door was okay. The restaurant across the street plays very loud music. Bed was comfortable.

Great Property

Excellent property and location. The complex is a 1 minute walk to the beach where there is a private area for condo guests. This is really great when the beach is crowded. The unit is a spacious ground floor unit and next to the pool, which is very convenient. The outdoor table and chairs are great for a morning coffee and start to the day. All of the expected amenities are provided. Every switch in the unit is labeled as to which device it controls. This is really great in an unfamiliar location. As an experienced international traveler I have never seen this before. It's just one indicator of the thought the owner has put into the property. Would definitely seek out this unit again if we return to this area.

Our first visit to Puerto Vallarta was in March of 2016. We fell in love with the town, the beach, and most of all, its people. My partner and I bought this condo in December, 2016, and we moved to PV, full-time, in September, 2017.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As they say, location, location, location. We are right on the beach in the Zona Romantica and we can't think of a better place in Puerto Vallarta to have a vacation home to share with friends, family and guests.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our unit is located on the same level as the swimming pool. You are just a few steps from the patio to the pool. It has the added benefit of being on the first floor (which is above street level), so there are no stairs or elevators needed to reach our apartment. This makes it an excellent choice for older guests who prefer not to climb stairs.
