Guest has full access - Our Casa is your casa - we keep our personal effects in one locked closet in the master and our shed in backyard near firepit. Again- we use the guest home when we are in town (usually 2-3 days every other week)

We keep your space private unless you need us. Our neighbors are very friendly and available as well is something is needed.

We have a guest home with separate entrance and separate fence that we use for our use as we come and go in town. This space is available to add to your longer term rental for $1500 monthly with request and availability

TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles.Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance. IF there is a guest in the guest house- they will come to put trash out in front of main house on trash night too
