Your exclusive key to this garden estate in the luxurious Riverside Avondale district comes complete with an additional 1 bedroom studio and private courtyard oasis with a stunning raised deck and patio, perfect for soaking in the Florida sunshine by day and for fireside conversation amongst the stars by nightfall.
This lovingly and meticulously restored property is fit for purpose as a professionally decorated, bright, and spacious two-story listing from which to enjoy the premier amenities nearby or attractions yonder. Contemporary furnishings offer comfort for returning shoppers, and a fully stocked kitchen supplies the tools to prepare home-cooked meals away from home.
Due to the antique wooden floors, which require particular care, we only accept pets less than 30 lbs in weight.
Please note: To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
HOUSE RULES:
âąGUESTS WHO WILL BOOK SHOULD BE 25 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. IN CASE WE DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE REQUIREMENT, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION.

âą If there are any undisclosed guests,we can terminate the reservation right away without a refund for violating our house rules, and there will be a $500 fine per undisclosed person.
âą Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy
âą Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.
âą Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.
âąIf a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
âą If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; if you smoke it, smoke it outside; if you drink it, drink it inside... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...
