Enjoy your stay at our peaceful and spacious 4 bedroom house! There are TVs provided in each room, washer/dryer, and a huge relaxing living room for a movie night with the family. We are located close to the mall and many wonderful restaurants in the Tulsa area!
The outside of the house looks really nice, but the kitchen was not clean and there was signs of roaches. The bathrooms were not clean at all with signs of ants and roaches. Ceiling fans covered in dust, carpets were dirty, linen closets were very messy and cobwebs everywhere. House smelled of mold. But, I had left my cane and Brian allowed me to go back in after checkout and get it. Check out moved up.
Although the house was spacious and kitchen updated, the house desperately needs to be updated. Carpets were dirty, furniture dusty, tv cords hanging down the walls. Bathroom were unclean, had left over torn loofahs and no washcloths. The actual location of the house was good but yard was untended with tall grass.
Very nice place to stay - wonderful neighborhood too
Accommodations were just what we were looking for us and our two daughters and their husbands to stay while we attended a family Christmas gathering in Tulsa.
My friends and I needed something close to the Marriott Southern Hills for a conference we were attending and this was very convenient. The property was as described. The home is in a quiet subdivision, easy to find, plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Check in was a breeze.
The house was spacious. The rooms were adequate size. Two main complaints: 1) upon arrival at 10P the air conditioning was off. In July. Internal temp was 89 degrees. It took a few hours for the house to cool down. Not ideal at all. 2) although the rooms are spacious there are no chairs or luggage racks for luggage so you have to put suitcases on the floor. Again, not ideal.
The house was prefect for our two families. It was the right size and had all that we needed. It was close to lots of stuff including a grocery store and lots of restaurants.
The house was in a good location, close to main roads and highways. There were a ton of options for food and shopping.
The house was just as described on the listing. The rooms were perfect in size. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was stocked with main essentials.
We would consider staying here again.
We came for a conference and booked online. Arrived late on Wednesday and had to leave right out the next morning to the event. Once it was over we immediately left and went to a hotel. Nasty, dead bugs, spider webs, urine smell in the rooms.. just disgusting! The worse part was I called vrbo to report the issue and they had the nerve to say my complaint is minor. I have pictures, videos etc and they charge a 110 cleaning fee for a nasty houseMy advice: keep going, do not rent here or from vrbo... they are a joke
Not clean, hair from previous clients is both bathrooms, dirty diaper from previous client behind night stand in master bedroom, dead bugs, can of Lysol in middle of living room. Carpeting old and needed cleaning. Not a drinking glass anywhere. All linens were old, non-matching and very worn. TVs in bedrooms were wall mounted with cords hanging down attached to extension cords (should be a safety issue). Bedrooms had bed, TV and old nightstand -- surely some decorating could have been added everywhere in the house. I have never stayed at a VBRO house in such bad condition before and because of this experience I would hesitate to rent another.
Convenient location. Nice neighborhood. Overall a great experience.
Would have been nice to have some foil and a pancake turner/spatula in the kitchen. Otherwise a well appointed kitchen.
Only negative was hair in the primary shower.
Over all it was a very good stay. The house was as stated in the listing. It was clean and stocked with everything in the listing. The only issue I had I was supposed to be able to check in prior to 3:00pm did not get the information until 3:30 when I had to contact the property manager. He got me what I need and everything else went very well. He may have been having a very busy day and lost track of time.
The house appeared to have been neglected for some time. In the master bedroom, there were sugar ants, and all the fans were covered in dust. The carpet emitted a musty smell of mildew. The bathroom fan made a terrible noise, and cobwebs adorned the porch. Additionally, there were rodent droppings under the kitchen sink, suggesting that it hadn't been cleaned since the last people who stayed there. Left behind were bar soap, a loofah, and other personal items.
Not cleaned prior to our stay and smelled very funny. Plus poor communication from owner
The property had clearly not been cleaned properly due to the ownerâs previous guest. We found a bra under the bed, Pizza Hut receipts in the bathroom drawers from 2024, an old used loofa in the shower, amongst other things. Some of the bedroom doors already had small holes in them. The communication from the owner was very poor. I had to message the owner on the day of our stay to get our check in instructions around 9 am. We did get a response but thatâs not ok. I had already done my first leg of my flight with a 6 am flight. I would not stay here again. We stayed in a different property last year and it was 250 more this and everyone agreed that we should have just spent the extra money for a better place. The kitchen was updated but the master bathroom was very outdated and didnât seem to be cleaned professionally very often.
Older home that needs some attention. Living room furniture was uncomfortable. Barstool in kitchen dining needs to glued back together. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Extra blankets for the beds would have been much appreciated as we were there during a snowstorm. Heating was inconsistent throughout the house with the master bedroom being significantly colder than the rest of the house. Communication was poor. A question asked before booking was answered incompletely. A family member uses a walker or wheelchair and we asked about stairs - they failed to mention the sunken living room. We had a visit from a mouse during our stay, but a towel stuffed firmly under the utility room door seemed to have solved the problem.
