Lauren's Place boasts 3 spacious bdrms (4 beds) and 3 1/2 baths on this large corner lot in beautiful midtown Tulsa. Located just moments from all the hot spots, in a very peaceful, quiet area with sidewalk lined streets.
Challenge your family to a game of pool while your favorite show plays in the connected living room or enjoy some relaxation in the giant hammock or tree swing. You'll enjoy cooking in the fully loaded kitchen with double ovens.

We live locally and can help you if needed. We provide an extensive printed guestbook in the home with lots of recommendations, important phone numbers, tips for around the house, etc. We also have a fabulous online guidebook for our guests.

Corner lot. One side of the house faces a busy street, the garage side is on a quiet, peaceful street without much traffic. Safe area with beautiful homes. Very large yard with tree swing. Gorgeous white chapel across the street.

You will have access to the whole house minus one closet in the primary bedroom where we keep our cleaning supplies. You can access the house by entering the 4 digit code you've been given into the Smart Lock on the front door. You may use the garage to park in.

Large, open home with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
The primary bedroom has its own connected large walk-in closet with plenty of hangers and a very large bathroom with stand up shower, soaker tub, 2 separate large sink areas and a separate toilet area and it is located on the opposite end of the home from the rest of the bedrooms.
The Queen room is located right next to the full hall bathroom and has a work station as well as large closet and storage area;
The “double” room has a full size bed and a twin bed, flat screen TV, dresser, night stands, large walk-in closet, a comfy chair and its own connected full bathroom.
The living room also has a very large, deep comfortable couch as well as a plush, velvet futon that can be made into a- bed. The chef’s kitchen is huge with double ovens and a giant island. It is fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare a large meal. 2 different sets of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, etc.
The dining room is off the kitchen and seats 6.
The large deck has glass doors going to it from the kitchen as well as from the primary bedroom. It features a sitting area and a gigantic 2-person hammock.

Uber and Lyft are available if needed.

Please note: A starter amount of supplies will be left for you. A couple of trash bags, an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 extra roll of paper towels, several K-cups of coffee and some ground coffee, a small bowl of creamers and sweeteners, etc. If you are staying for more than a day or two, you will likely need to purchase more of these supplies for yourself. There is a grocery store located very conveniently close to the property and we will be happy to help you with directions if needed.

Lawn maintenance is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
