Welcome to our charming home in Tulsa. This superb property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds. With 3 full bathrooms equipped with all the necessities. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook and entertain. 2 large sectional sofas fill out the living room for maximum comfort of all guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer and dryer, AC, WiFi, and more. Our master suite includes his and hers walk in closets and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks a free standing bathtub with smart tv and a walk in shower. Experience what Tulsa has to offer with a stay at our house. Just minutes from the Expo Center and Downtown. One block from our favorite dive bar The Colony. Walk on over and catch amazing musical performances from local Tulsa players all week long. We have 5 smart tv’s conveniently located throughout the home. 60” living room, 55” master suite, 43” guest room 1, 43” bunk room and a 32” over the bathtub in the master suite. New 8ft privacy fencing surrounds the recently renovated back patio and fire pit lounge. The corner lot has all new 4ft vinyl fencing making the area secure for children and pets.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is set up well to host a larger group. It’s in a great neighborhood, close to food and entertainment! Would definitely stay again!

The property was easy to find and assess was seamless. We were very close to the Expo Center which is why we visited Tulsa. We actually had more than enough room and we were very comfortable in the house I texted the owner about a few concerns and he assured me the concerns were resolved.

Great place to stay for a large family!

The owner, Dan, was awesome in accommodating our two families when we needed a place to stay on short notice. This house had plenty of room for six children and nine adults, and it has a lot of character common to mid town Tulsa. We’ll definitely come back to this home!

We really enjoyed our stay here, as a group of cousins. The house was spacious enough for us to have privacy, and also good areas for hanging out together. It was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with cooking and serving dishes, and the laundry convenient. There is a drop of about 1 inch from the kitchen floor to the living area floor, which is tricky is someone is visually impaired. The location is convenient and the neighborhood very pleasant. The driveway is steep, so cars with low clearance should consider parking on the street. I would stay here again in similar circumstances.

The home is adorable. Very well stocked. Plenty of amenities. Enough space for 9 adults. Dan, the host, was helpful and responsive. If i ever need room for a large party again in the Tulsa/Stillwater area, i would definitely book again.

Family reunion that was long overdue

This house was probably one of the best we've stayed in when compared to all our past VRBO bookings. We had a mixed group ranging in ages from 62yr to 23yrs old, including an amputee- all agreed...the house was beautiful, the beds were comfy and the neighborhood/location was great! There was plenty of room to spread out for our group of 8. Even though we were there to visit family/attend a wedding...we equally enjoyed our time in that home. We will definitely consider returning if we're in the area again.

Our group of cowboys rolled in for the finals rodeo at the expo. House is perfect location for all the trips we have to make to the expo. We all fit comfortably it was clean and we have zero complaints!

Weekend stay for nephew's wedding

We enjoyed our stay! We had a party of 10, 9 adults and 1 fourteen year old. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and stocked with most everything we needed. It was the perfect location. Dan was always quick to respond. Would recommend. Would stay again.

Bachelorette Party

Everything was as expected. It has a lot of room, very spacious. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. I ask if I could arrive a couple hours early to decorate before the bride arrived, that was also very nice of the owner to allow. Everything we had planned was within minutes away. If I’m ever in Tulsa and need a place of size to accommodate 9 or more guess, this will most definitely be 1st on my list. I’ll give it .

Great location to Downtown

While this was a great location to downtown there were some issues within the house. Only one frying pan and the handle was not attached well and we had to find a screwdriver to re-attach would recommend an additional frying pan be added to the kitchen. The TV in the master bedroom never worked no matter how many times we reset the router, added an additional hotspot and still never connected. The driveway is very steep and would recommend parking on the street unless you have a high back end or a smaller car. Watch steps on entry they are not evenly spaced and not very wide. Was an okay place to stay the beds were comfortable but a few accommodations would make it great

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We found this neighbor hood in 2019 when we first came to Tulsa. The house was available and we grabbed it up. Living in and using it for a few years we love the convenience to everything and having The Colony in our backyard.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It’s a great corner lot with tons of space. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it’s an amazing property that accommodates a large group easily.
