New Listing and Welcome to H2O Living, where a friendly and warm welcome awaits you at this cozy coastal retreat. A great house for a multi-family stay and you can even bring 2 fur babies along (with prior approval). Located in a gated community, the house offers plenty of space and amenities to please everyone in your party. The community offers 2 pools (1 of which is seasonally heated), a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a basketball and a shuffleboard court. Additionally, the house comes with 4 bicycles and a beach set up of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for you daily.

H2O Living, a charming beach house, underwent a complete custom design renovation in 2023. Situated just 2 minutes from the beach across Scenic Hwy 98, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath haven is a contemporary gem offering second-row views of the stunning beach.
Step into H2O Living, a haven of comfort and simplicity, decorated with an international touch. The smart design layout provides a private and exclusive space for the whole family. Whether adults unwinding on the main floor or kids enjoying a specially designed entertainment and slumber zone, the house is perfect for family bonding, fun, and relaxation.

The bright, open chef’s kitchen adds a delightful touch to your dining and entertaining experience. Hosting multiple families is easy and stress-free in this beach house. With 4 designer king suites, a slumber room with bunk beds for 4, and a queen-size bed, the house comfortably accommodates 14 guests.

Indulge in spa-inspired bathrooms featuring a soaking tub to unwind after a day at the beach and oversized luxury showers. Perched just steps from Destin’s powdery white, sandy beaches, this one-of-a-kind beauty offers a memorable family paradise. Multiple private balconies provide glorious panoramic views of the Floridian sun dancing off the emerald waters of the Gulf. Relax and unwind around the custom barbecue and picnic area for easy outdoor entertaining.

Beautiful Home!!

The home was amazing! Enough space for my husband and I, our friends, and children. Check in was simple and access to the golf cart was easy. Also, they have 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach wagon available at the property (this wasn't listed anywhere on the listing.) I am only giving 4 stars because we couldn't use our canopy on the beach because of something with the HOA. We had no idea about the "no canopy on the beach" rule until AFTER we had already set it up so that sucked. Would have been good to know ahead of time as there were 9 of us occupying the home and we had to spend a lot of money on extra chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house in a great location. The beach was easily accessible and the house had everything needed to entertain kids and adults. Once we arrived, we never had to drive our vehicle again because the golf cart was so fun and convenient. Everything we needed from groceries to restaurants and beach stores was reachable by golf cart.

It did get hot, but there were fans available. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to the beach easily and the pool was close by and nice.

Summer vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time after a not so great start. When we arrived the main floor of the house was extremely dirty. Crumbs, goldfish, chips on and under carpet along with ants. Tyler who was the best ever from the maintenance department came to address the ants. He actually cleaned and mopped the entire living area. He went above and beyond his responsibilities. Negatives to the house was there was no vacuum cleaner, all they supplied was a room which made it very difficult. The AC is below sufficient. I found it extremely odd how high the cabinets were, and basically you need to be a giant to reach the microwave. We actually had a great vacation, location was perfect.
