Beautiful property very close to the beach

This property was everything they said it would be. My family had a wonderful time and it was extremely clean. The property manager was very responsive. We had a wonderful time and the hot tub was a huge hit. We will be reserving again very soon.

Perfect location. Awesome vaca house.

We loved everything about our stay. Ron and Dana are very kind and helpful hosts. The house is gorgeous and clean. They had plenty of beach chairs and a hose right out front for easy sand clean up. The hot tub and tv out back are fabulous features. We had a great week and truly didn't want to head back home. Thanks again!

Spring break

Nice house with nice amenities and good location but would have been a lot more relaxing if everything was checked and working before we got there so I didn’t have to constantly text the manager. Hot tub, disposal, dishwasher and faucet handle all needed fixed

Great beach weekend

We had a blast staying here, very close beach access and awesome in-ground hot-tub. Also plenty of bed space for a big group. Would love to come stay here again in the future!

Family Thanksgiving

We stayed for our Family Thanksgiving, and it was very accomdating with all 13 of us and our dog. We loved the space and definitely the location. The host Dana and Rob were super helpful and response was very quick if you had an question or concern. We loved it and we definitely will be returning.

Great spaces to relax and hang out together

Our group had a great week of vacation at the house! The hot tub, back patio, and deck spaces are fabulous. The 5 king rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The other two bedrooms provide great spaces for children/teens. Easy access to the beach and pool/volleyball/tennis. The private beach space is limited, so set your chairs up early.

Family vacation

Great location, plenty of room for our large family and wonderful communication by hosts Ron and Dana. Small hiccup at one point but hosts quickly responded to accommodate. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Excellent Location To Beach

The home was as advertised. The size of the home and proximity to the beach was perfect. Plenty of off street parking was a plus. The owner was very responsive and took excellent care of us. Highly recommend this beach home!!

Beautiful House & Great Location

We stayed at the house with 3 other families over spring break and had a wonderful time! The house was gorgeous and perfect for all of us. The boys enjoyed the basketball courts in the neighborhood and the hot tub was perfect for the chilly temps we had for a few days. The beach access was a short walk from the house which was a huge plus! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great except the Loft, we expected til he sofa bed to let out but couldn’t because of ladder to bunk bed. This is a nice property with plenty of rooms and everything worked perfectly

Perfect for Family Time!

The property was as described. Convenient, clean, well maintained, and such a wonderful experience to have all of the family together in this beautiful setting. Nice place for family vacation.

Nice place, but needs additional maintenance and upkeeping. Also needs to be fumigated for roaches. Access to the beach is very small for two subdivisions - Terra Cotta Way and Enclave.

Family Winter Holiday

Extended family coming together from CA, KS, MO and VA to celebrate the holidays. The house was able to accommodate all 16 of us. The beach access was close and the walking paths an added bonus. The house layout and amenities met our needs. Property management was prompt in their responses. Great experience.

Nice not luxury

This house is great-ample space, all the amenities, great location, and comfortable but the overall condition of the house was disappointing. There is a ton of wear and tear and quick fixes which is understandable in a rental property but this should not be considered luxury in the description or cost.

More than 5 stars

Pictures do not do this property any justice. The host Ron was more than helpful. He responded back to our messages ASAP. They have EVERYTHING you need in this home. It was not only beautiful but super clean. The beach is a step away and also lots of restaurants and shopping near by. I truly appreciate them for sending our belongings that we left behind. I wanted to send them the money for the UPS shipping cost, they refused to take the money! This made my heart melt, because this tells the type of heart they have. We will be back!!! Trust me this was the absolute BEST stay we have ever experienced and we travel a lot, from country to country and state to state! And this was the best VRBO stay ever! You will not regret your stay here! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Very Dirty

Mostly all the beds sheets were not changed. We had to wash them right away. There were stains on some sheets and mostly all of them had hair. They were used and never changed. Pool was dirty not vacuumed. Utensils and kitchen items were also dirty. Towels were clean but had stains on them. AC on the third floor was not working. No one could sleep there.

Girl’s Trip Getaway

The house lived up to every single listing description and picture. Our group of 10 ladies found this to be an ABSOLUTE Do Over for future trips to Destin. The house was clean, has a well stocked cooking kitchen, and plenty of bath towels. The location is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, and beach access is just a short walk across the street. Communication with the owners was easy. We had some trouble regulating the temperature in the hot tub, but after talking with the owners, we were able to figure it out. One suggestion, would be to make the access to the hot tub thermostat a bit more convenient, and more safe. We had to climb over some plumbing, piping, and cluttered concrete and wooden landscape debris to reach the spa controls. But the house is AMAZING! We’ll be back!

Beautiful location, property needs to be maintained

The overall location was great and the house was very spacious easy to entertain. There were bicycles, umbrella, water knee boards/noodles for your use. The beach access was really close and easy walk. The house more than enough dishes, pots and pans.. However I dropped this listing to 3 stars due to defective equipment. The ice maker in the fridge was broken. The outside refrigerator was broken as well and we had to keep the adult beverages inside the house refrigerator which left us limited on space. The outside television was broken and we were stuck with everyone inside watching the games instead of outside where we wanted to be. The kitchen faucet handle was broken. Some of the closet doors were off the rails. Upon arrival the upstairs loft was extremely hot, the air conditioner could have been adjusted prior to our arrival.

Horrible Communication in a Convenient Location

We arrived at 4:10 pm (check-in was 4pm), and saw numerous vehicles in the driveway. I called the host, and received no answer. When I messaged and inquired on a status I was told that the housekeepers were behind and would be done “within the hour” (the house was not ready until almost 530). I then asked if i could be access the refrigerator to store some perishable goods that needed to remain cool, and was told I could not due to insurance reasons. I said it would have been nice to have been informed of the delayed check-in and was told “I agree. You found out when I did.” Which means that there was no communication between the host and housekeeping staff until I inquired after check-in. I asked what is the remedy that is given by the host when check in is not granted at the promised time and was told that housekeeping staff clean 6-8 houses per day and the check in time is “generally 4-6pm.” I do not recall seeing this noted on the check-in time or in the description before I paid for the booking. It would have been nice to know. A late check-out was offered, but could not be utilized by any of the party due to prior Commitments. Around 6:45 pm a member of the housekeeping staff attempted to enter the premises using the keypad. We had no idea she was coming. She came to change the sheets on a bed that one of the member of our party had already napped on. I reached out to the host to let them know what happened and to express my concern. Still waiting on a response
